"Hermione, what's wrong nya?"
?ω?
Fish bowed his head and looked at Hermione, who didn't look very happy.
After leaving the Great Hall, he took Hermione and Gabrielle for a casual stroll through the decorated rose garden outside the castle.
"Do you want to go back to the ball?" Fish shuddered as he remembered the scene of the girls jumping on him, and said, "Why don't you go back and find someone else to dance with? Fish doesn't want to go back nya..."
(?ω?)
"Yeah, yeah, if you want to dance, you can go back first, I'll stay here with Fish!"
Gabrielle nodded happily and looked at Hermione expectantly.
Hermione fulminated at the ungrateful girl with a glare.
Who asked Fish to dance with you just now?
And you don't know who I'm in a bad mood for? Hmm?
Gabrielle seemed to understand the meaning in Hermione's eyes and looked away shyly, but muttered in French, defiantly.
Hermione couldn't understand it, but she could probably guess.
Without disturbing the girl, Hermione said to Fish, "I don't want to dance, it's just... um...".
She looked at Gabrielle next to her and finally didn't have the courage to tell the truth, "It's just that.... I'm a little thirsty, I was in a hurry to leave, I should have had something to drink earlier."
"That's easy nya... Comey!"
?(=ΦДΦ=)?
"Comey at your service! Master Fish!"
The house elf was the first to appear in front of Fish, responding in a high-pitched voice.
"Bring me something to drink, no wine nya."
"Just a moment, please!"
Comey bowed to Fish, quickly disappeared and reappeared, while in his hands was a huge tray with a dozen different colored drinks.
Hermione, in her cat-person form, shrugged her nose and quickly identified what the drinks were, she grabbed a glass of purple water from the tray... not that she was trying to be like Professor McGonagall, but Hermione liked it too.
Fish and Gabrielle also had a drink each, and then Fish craned her neck and poured the milk in her hand into her mouth.
But Fish forgot one thing...
He was now wearing a cat's head....
Much of the milk escaped from Fish's mouth and spilled all over his body.
"Nya!"
∑(?`Д′?)
Fortunately, at that moment, the elf next to her quickly extended his finger, and his magic instantly wiped away the spilled milk.
"Thank you nya, Comey."
Fish put the empty glass back on the tray, stuck out his tongue and licked around his mouth, then said to Comey.
"It's Comey's honor to serve you!" The elf seemed so excited that the cups on the tray clinked and clinked, which quickly calmed him down.
"Anything else, Master Fish?"
Fish looked at Hermione and Gabrielle.
Gabrielle shook her head and took a small sip of the drink in her hand, while Hermione looked at the purple water in her hand, hesitated, and said, "How about a straw?"
After getting the straws from Comey, the three of them went outside and sat down on one of the benches.
Fish adopted his cat form and plopped down on Hermione's lap, while Hermione and Gabrielle sipped their drinks and petted the cat.
A few moments later, Fleur left the castle, followed by Roger Davies, the Ravenclaw Quidditch captain, who was following politely behind her.
But Fleur didn't feel much like paying attention to the other party, she walked quickly down the winding path and quickly found this place... after all, Fish and the others didn't go very far.
"Gabrielle!"
When Fleur saw her younger sister happily petting the cat, I couldn't help but feel jealous, so she quickly walked over and sat down next to Gabrielle.
When Roger Davies saw Fish, he showed a rare hostility on his face, but it was quickly replaced by a wry smile. He hesitated for a moment in the distance, and finally shook his head helplessly, and turned back towards the castle.
There was already a small Veela here, and now a big one came, which made Hermione very unhappy.
And while Gabrielle was at least on good terms with her, and the two of them were able to laugh and chat while petting the cat, Fleur really wasn't, and Hermione didn't really feel like talking to her.
But since Gabrielle and Beauxbatons were guests, Hermione couldn't say anything, after all, Fleur was only here to pet the cat... and look for her sister, not really to fight with her over the cat's ownership.
Unable to shoo it away, but unwilling to communicate with Fleur, Hermione got bored and started twiddling her cat ears, to find out what was going on nearby.
Although Hermione had had the experience of becoming a cat-woman before, but her senses of hearing and smell had not improved much, either because she had worn another cat's fur or because she had not learned the Animagus Charm, and was not used to this kind of perception.
After learning the Animagus Charm, Hermione easily adapted to the five cat senses, and now that she has become a cat-woman, there is little difference between her senses and those of a cat... of course, there is still a difference compared to Fish.
Once Hermione concentrated on her hearing, she picked up basically every sound in the rose garden outside.
She heard Snape and Karkaroff talking, they both seemed to know each other, called each other by their first names and spoke in a strange, depressing way.
It was only thanks to Fish that Hermione wasn't too hostile to Snape, so although the conversation between the two seemed a little strange to her, she didn't think much of it.
Moreover, Hermione's mind exploded as she heard a couple kissing in the corner....
If it wasn't for the two Veela sisters surrounding her, she and Fish should be "playing" in a corner right now!
Hermione couldn't help but glance back at Fleur and Gabrielle at the thought.
Then she looked at Fish lying on her lap angrily, if it wasn't for Fish being so clueless, she wouldn't have had such a hard time.
Soon, however, Hermione was glad again, for she heard Professor Snape's voice in the distance scolding the elusive lovers.
'Serves them right.'
Hermione thought with a hint of glee.
Once the students were returned, Snape and Karkaroff soon left and returned to the castle.
But Hermione could still hear the presence of two other people near the fountain, and, with the sound of their breathing obviously heavier than normal...
Was it Hagrid and Madame Maxime?
And Hagrid had made it?
Hermione felt it was unbelievable....
Although Hagrid's pursuit of Madame Maxime was known to practically everyone in all three schools, no one had a good opinion of him.
The difference between Hagrid and Madame Maxime was so great that there was no overlap between the two, apart from their size.
But as Hermione listened, her face became a little strange.
She had already guessed that Hagrid probably had giant blood and that Madame Máxime most likely did as well, but what Hermione hadn't expected was... Hagrid's apparent desire to simply show off to Madame Máxime....
Do you want to chase her like that?
Hermione covered her head helplessly, it saddened her to find that none of the men she knew seemed to understand a girl's mind, not even Mr. Granger.
Was there something wrong with the men she knew, or were all men like that?
Miss Know-it-all was lost in thought.
But before she could, her thoughts were interrupted by Madame Maxime's shouts.
Hagrid had really messed up after all....
Hermione's ears pricked up, as expected.
Then it wasn't long before she saw the tall figure of Madame Máxime, storming past her, heading in the direction of the castle.
Fleur and Gabrielle weren't sure what was going on, but they too noticed that something was wrong with Madame Maxime and, after a moment's hesitation, got up and went after her.
Although she felt a little sorry for Hagrid and Madame Máxime, Hermione couldn't help but feel happy....
Now she could finally be alone with Fish!
But Miss Know-it-all was too happy too soon, and just as she was cuddling the cat, looking for a more private place to have a private conversation and play a little game, Fish suddenly let go of her arms and took an attack stance in a certain direction.
"Ha~!"
