-A illegitimate child of Chinese businessman of real estate. After his mother died. His father gave him a house and lot and he hiding from public. He chose independent from his dad. He decided find a housemate for support his study in university boys college.
Patricia "Pat/Patrick" Moran.
-Mafia's daughter. Her father missing in unknown reason. She decide undercover and find her father in Rizal Province. She disguise as a boy and become a Jim's housemate and they share in one house.

- One of housemate of Jim. He is youngest brother of Jim and the Lim family. He is smart and talkative person. He share room with Leo. He didn't know Jim is his half brother.

-Son of Antonio Guevarra. He study in boys university. He is main lead of Pat.
