Chương 190: CHAPTER 190: The Charming Guest

Before she could make up her mind, Bane loosened his grip on her and stepped back. Her chest felt heavy to see the dejected look on his face.

"Bane, I-"

"I need some time alone," he mumbled before he turned to move towards the staircase.

Aella wanted to follow him but she felt guilty that she wasn't able to do what he asked of her. Her hands hung awkwardly in the air as she didn't know what to make of what just happened.

"Do not fret about him. He will be alright," the angel waved his hand in the air and Aella turned her eyes to him.

"What is going on here? What offence did you commit to make him that upset?" Aella asked the angel because she knew Bane hardly let his feelings out but when he did, it would something of grave severity.

"Before that, who is this fine young lad?" her sister shoved her away as she stood in front of the angel with a wide smile on her face.
