I must have had my head slammed against a bell, crushed under General Liy's heavy and nail-designed boots, then blended through a grinding machine. 

My head?

No, my entire body. 

I could feel something banging in my brain, like someone released a wild monkey in it to disturb everything.

Ev-ery-thing!

What happened to me?!

I could hear something cooking and the delicious aroma filled the air.

I needed to figure out where I was first though.

It was a herculean task to open my eyes, but it finally happened after a couple of trials. 

My sight was blurry, the light in the room was blurry and my memory was hazy.

What happened to me?

The last thing I could remember was being on a mission and having to go back for a bracelet.

My heart thundered as I tried to shift on the bed, I felt a little stronger than I had when I first opened my eyes but my sight was still blurry.
