Eliza punched the wolf leader one last time, and halted to take a breath. Her gaze lingered to the wolf leader, which too puffed some breath as its body moved up and down from the respiration. They gazed at each other, as they commended and respected their opponent's strength.
Before long, Eliza straightened her back and said to the wolf leader with indifference, "Stop the struggle, Mother Dog. Your bunch of little puppies here at my back is decreasing, as you might have already noticed. Why this never-ending futile effort? At the end of the day, not only did you fail to annihilate us, but you also did not take a single life!"
Eliza could not stop her mouth from babbling as she continued degrading the wolf leader's dignity. After all, not only did their ambush fail, they did not even take a single life, and their group almost consisted of kids. They could not even kill a single kid's life? How humiliating would that be?
