Since the place was a bit isolated there was hardly anyone who looked toward Gu Jin or went near her to inquire if she was alright.
It was the month of July and the atmosphere was somewhat gloomy since it was a rainy season.
Gu Jin looked at the clouds and in a soft voice she said,
"You will cover it for me, right?"
No one responded to her.
However, after 5 minutes or so, rain began to drizzle lightly, as if in response to Gu Jin's words.
The soft patter of raindrops against the ground provided a soothing backdrop to her thoughts.
As the rain intensified, Gu Jin closed her eyes and let the cool droplets wash over her.
"No...no... don't do it! Don't!" Gu Jin murmured.
A few flashbacks appeared in her mind,
"Ma'am trust me, everything will go well." A flattering voice said.
"Hahah! Did you really think that I would be loyal to an 8-year-old like you?" The same voice said.
