Our story takes place in Condemned City - the place where souls have a second chance at life. Everything is in order until Skyleene's unusual arrival with her soul guide, Mushu, stirs up someone's spirits.

Skyleene Cathle, a soul doctor, is wrongly accused of a crime she did not commit by Aper Koden, the headstrong detective who believes she is behind all the mischief. After taking her in custody, they find out about the murder weapon: a purple dust made from a medical flower named Awo Aro.
The two frenemies are forced by Nique Wollen, the chief of the detective station, to work together on the case. As they dive deeper into it, so does their connection.

Their journey is one with ups and downs, many strange feelings capturing both of them. What will happen when they become fond of each other, but one of them will have to leave just before their relationship even started?
