Chương 118: Rosie Is Awake With Full Of Energy

Howland led Aslan to the front of his room. It was late at night, Aslan had gone on a long journey, and he needed rest. 

"Return to your room immediately. Don't try to visit Rosie's room because our father has put some extra guards near Rosie's room."

"I understand. If you don't believe me, you can check that I'm locking the door from the inside," Aslan replied, making Howland smile again.

Howland leaned against the door while folding his arms.

"You know well that I trust you, Aslan. If I didn't believe you, I probably wouldn't let you marry Rosie. You are a person I really trust even though we are on different sides."

Aslan glanced back without saying another word, making Howland chuckle. "Still cold, huh?"

Aslan walked through the palace hall alone.

Rosie's room was colder than usual. Earlier, a maid checked and turned off the lights. She made sure all the windows of the princess's room were tightly closed.
