Gohan was escorted by a guard to a room where there was a court, in which the galactic king was sitting next to Merus and Jaco.
Merus noticed that the anti-energy handcuffs he placed on Gohan were gone, plus his orange gi was restored.
'Oh, is he a magic user? It's the first time I've heard this about a Saiyan' Merus thought, quite astonished at that. It was very unusual.
Gohan knew that Merus realized something. It was easy for him to break the manacles with magic and return to his planet last night to chat with 18.
"What do you want with me? I know you haven't arrested me for something stupid like that" Gohan said sternly crossing his arms in front of everyone.
The galactic king swallowed at those words and Merus stepped forward taking the floor, "How did you realize that?"
"Simple, if you wanted to stop me you would have locked me up with real handcuffs. I felt more like a guest" Gohan stated.
"It's not a lie" Merus had to be honest.
Great, then tell me why I'm here."
The galactic king looked at Merus more seriously than before, it was best to be honest for once in order to strengthen ties with the boy as soon as possible.
"As I told you, we detected the explosion of a planet and we went to find out what caused that"
"And that's where we found your body and got you out of there. But the problem is that that wasn't an abandoned planet, it was a star."
"A star made by the Kai of the four sectors of the universe to imprison a terrible criminal: the cruel Bojack, and his companions"
"Bojack" Gohan was surprised, but it wasn't alarming. At this point, he wasn't a threat to be reckoned with as Bojack was Perfect Cell's equal.
"A bandit of the Herāseijin race who wreaked havoc in the galaxy thousands of years ago alongside his group"
"But the four King Kai gathered to stop them, and sealed them in a remote star, which was the one you destroyed in your fight earlier."
"The only way for Bojack to get free was for one of the King Kai to die or for the seal star to be destroyed, do you understand?"
Merus finished explaining the harsh situation and Gohan nodded, it was also a great coincidence that he had just destroyed the Kai's star.
"So we would be grateful if your empire helps us find Bojack as soon as possible, it is very dangerous that he is released"
"And since you have a very vast empire we would like to offer a collaboration with the galactic patrol, in order to improve peace in the galaxy"
"The point is, do you want the help of my empire to find and kill Bojack?" Gohan asked with his hand on his chin and Merus nodded at him.
"It's exactly that. You can count on the help of our patrolmen if necessary for this mission" the galactic king offered him.
"Okay I accept, but in exchange I want some patrolmen to join my empire and provide me with technology" Gohan replied smiling.
"S-sure!" the king nodded nervously.
"I would have asked you for the position of galactic king in exchange but I see that my empire is bigger than any justice patrol in the galaxy"
"But it's partly my fault that Bojack was released, so I'll find him to finish the mission" added the saiyan smiling quietly.
"I'm glad to hear that, we owe you one for finishing off the cold demons" added the galactic king coming down from the court, "Thank you young boy"
"I only did my duty. So, galactic king, we have a deal" Gohan shook his hand with a smile and the king accepted it politely.
"We have a deal, emperor" he replied.
Merus smirked, apparently Gohan wasn't as bad of a guy as he thought. Only he was smart.

Some time passed since that, Gohan was at the headquarters of his empire watching his soldiers train hard in front of him.
"Cheelai, if you don't improve quickly you're going to be way behind. You have to work hard" Gohan stated watching Cheelai fight Iru.
"I already know it!" Cheelai taught him the tongue.
Cheelai joined the army a week ago when Iru and Kab caught her trying to rob her ship, but Gohan was merciful.
Cheelai saw that this life was better than what she expected and that besides, being backed by someone powerful, she wouldn't have a problem.
She was unaware that Gohan had ties to the galactic patrol, who had her on the hunt since Cheelai was a criminal.
And speaking of the patrol, Gohan acquired several patrolmen for his ranks, technology such as anti-energy handcuffs, among other things.
"Luckily the boss is in a good mood almost always and he treats you well" Kab spoke looking sideways at Cheelai, who frowned at her at that.
"Shut up shorty" Cheelai glared at Kab, "And you fleaworm! Keep fighting me!"
"Are you sure? There is a big difference between our powers" Iru commented, as her power level now exceeded two million units.
"Eehh? H-how t-two million is your power?" Cheelai swallowed after using her scouter to gauge Iru's strength. She was puzzled.
"Never trust your scouter completely, just use it to get the idea of your opponent's power" Gohan commented advising her.
"O-okay" Cheelai nodded uncertainly.
"In any case, don't stress if you don't advance quickly" added the Saiyan, "The thing is to insist"
'I'm surprised Gohan is the emperor, he's so young' Cheelai thought, she was still amazed by that fact but she saw that he wasn't a bad person.
Cheelai and Kab resumed their training, but suddenly Gohan received a signal from a soldier through the earpiece that was placed in her ear.
"Sir! There are attacks on the blue planet in the northern sector!" informed that soldier, "And he is someone quite strong from what I hear!"
"Strong? Well, let's see what it is about"
Gohan used Instant Transmission to reappear on the blue planet. One similar to Earth, only it was made up of islands.
And he saw that there was indeed smoke around her and she frowned. The empire soldiers were injured. The rival was strong.
"Where are you, wretch?" Gohan spoke looking for the person responsible, and as he turned and looked at a hill he froze, "What the hell?"
At the top of that hill, were Frieza, Cooler and their father, King Cold. The family of fearsome cold demons.
