it would've been pretty good if you updated with proper stability or at least 2 chap/week would've also been decent but.............. Author chose to stop it............ and stopped it at a peak time thus I can't at least trust your new novels (if you plan to make one that is) YOU COULD'VE ATLEAST GIVEN A REASON like The Author of ''Hero of Darkness'', because of a chronic disease, he slowed his update stability to the point if nigh negligible but still he at least told us readers so we understood his reason & for the author of ''Ascension of Immortal Asura'', well..... he died so his reason was also plausible but.... can you at least tell us your reason because no one including me wants to blame you without a proper reason at the very least....................
WELL... everything is good and I enjoyed reading it. The MC is overpowered but not in a boring way. One thing that annoys me so much is Alan's charm stat. despite using ice element, his charm is average which is illogical cause in 90% of novels, ice users are handsome, and also Lanesha who blessed Alan with her powers is super hot, but our poor Alan is average. Totally, The story is 9/10. I loved it very much and it has an enormous potential, so I recommend it🔥
just started reading (34 chapters) and honestly it's a great book but mc's personality issues are very annoying ngl , like just pick one , is he himself from his past life or his new life ? the constant mentioning of this topic is really annoying especially when he just spent 2 whole chapters admiring the beauty of a 14 year old but has a personality crises for crying over his sister . i know i'm early in to the story so i really hope it gets better.
A story with a great potential ruined by the author himself. I feel sad that such a plot idea came into his mind so early of his writing carrier. He did try to improve in his later chapters but still always messes up the story. The mc is just unbearable. He doesn't improve, not commited enough,doesn't properly plan what he wants to achieve. Overall one of the worst mc i've ever seen.The author also messed up with mc's power progression. Everyone just always says that his potential is infinite yet we don't see any progression. I wasted so much time and money just in hope that author will improve and reach the potential this story has.Yet every time i get disappointed. It felt like a clickbait. Gave us hope for something good yet gave us below average story. And the name of the novel is very misleading. There is no villainy thing in it.Just a average joe mc. So if you are here for a villain mc then please don't read it instead read villain retirement. And why am i ranting so much? Because i feel frustrated with the story,and others who said to us that it will improve yet it jever did.Don't read this if you want to read something exceptionally good.
im making this review as I just finished chapter 275. As someone who’s read both “The novels extra” and “The authors POV”, It’s very draining seeing so many similarities, the cliches were fine at the start. I expected it to change as the story progresses, but there’s still way too things that are the same. An example would be Sabrina being the same as Amanda, both have similar personalities, background, same charm and basically forced reason to be in a relationship with the mc. The title is kinda misleading, mc was not going to be a villain. Power progression is out of place, stopping his progress for fear of being targeted makes no sense when he’s up against world destroyers. It has potential, and if you’ve never read those novels then you might enjoy it, but if you have then you know what to expect
Above average story With the potential to be really good one But the author is not good enough right now Maybe if they were more mature then this story would have been a lot different The story screams “EMO” The author wanted it to be filled with plot twists and epic moments And they got lost in that The best parts of the story were the interactions between the characters but the author didn’t realize that focused too much on the “scehemes/fate/plans” bs and fkd it A simpler story would have been better Also the mc doesn’t make any progress as a character My advice will be to make it simpler Remove the awful attempts to make it a “masterpiece filled with schemes” and focus on the other parts
This is my new favorite book tbh I feel like it’s well thought out and I’m enjoying seeing the character start to resolve their old trama and work through it. Plus each character is so well written at the time of this review; I can feel that they have actual substance. I’m excited to see where the story goes. Keep up the great work author I can’t wait to see what else you put out.
First of all, thanks to the author, this story is the reason that despite being on webnovel for 2+ years, I finally made an account to review. I am currently on chapter 487 and so far, despite the inconsistency of the updates, this is the first(or maybe second) story that I always look forward to. The way that Alan is in constant mind control (kinda) by James and doesn't realise it to the way that the og protagonists are not brain dead and each have a unique background to the character of Aranus, All are fabulous and very engaging. Once again I Thank you author.
author has some real beef with the mc the most powerless character in this novel is mc he was given everything but doesn't deserve it he should have known that even suleras and lavisha doesn't trust him that's why they handed his life in the hands of sabrina
The story has too many filler chapters that we could care less about, after chapter 100 we get the pov of different dragons and it’s honestly annoying and complicated to try and connect everything to together
The story had its exciting moments, but the development of the main character ruined everything. Even after 520 chapters, the main character behaves foolishly, failing to use his space power when necessary, and constantly getting beaten up by others. He still hasn't developed his Aura, which all the other characters have already accomplished. He recklessly engages in death matches all the time, yet there's still no progress in his Aura development. I've decided to stop reading this because I can't push forward anymore.
I read till 300 . I will be honest to develop a character taking 300+ chapters is too much. 300 chapter and lots of things happened but time moves fking slow. writing quality is average because of constant switching between povs. Most annoying thing is slow progression and stupidity of mc not to level up. I don't understand why some idiots tried to compare this with The Author's Pov . it can't even come close to it. ONLY good thing about this novel is story has potential but author does best job in ruining it. I'm complaining because of time wasted to read till here hoping it would get better but never did.
Can you please talk about Aloaris' daughter? Was a part of her soul used to make Alan?(the mc-new being/3rd soul) Can you please reduce your hobby of using POV of many characters without continuation ? Sometimes the POV is of another character in the next chapter. Your grammar is improving. Thank God. Will Aloaris' daughter come back to life and fall for our mc? Can you tell in the novel more about Aranus and his life?( His love story included). Can I know more about Aloaris' daughter's life and death?( Her love story included).
It’s decent love the ‘inspiration’ from popular animes honestly but MC can be irritating to a degree. I’ve read upto 380ish? And couldn’t help but get annoyed at some things happening like in the tower arc the tower has the ability to not let mc use dragons eye but doesn’t do anything to stop the jade snakes influence regardless of the tower complaining about it. Sounds inconsistent in the towers ability. MC is top tunnel visioned by the seems of it but it is still entertaining so not too mad at it. Oh and in the early chapters you can make a drinking game out of how many times the author said blue diamonds to describe MCs eyes. Good luck on the story author. I’ll try to stick through and looking forward to see how it goes.

The beginning was rough, but I liked the concept so I stuck with it. and Iam glad I did its pretty well written its quite similar to tapov in the beginning but that changes later. I’d say give it a read as I said beginning is not the best but if you like the concept stick with it and it will get better
Read this book 3 times one of the best books in WebNovel and keenly represents Authors Pov
awful novel. MC gets spells but never uses them after he freeze his training room. he gets a Mana technique 7 star then only uses it once, then never uses it, he's a dragon but somehow gets phoenix bloodline cause plot. he basically becomes a slave cause "its important to the plot". i would go on but if you wanna read it and find out have fun
It was a novel that was very much my type, I like this types of genre's and interactions... I might actually keep on reading if I have the time.

The story starts really good, but the character fragmentation ( the MC went from a calculative decision maker to just a dumb kid in a couple of chapters) and the pacing on the tower of trials affects the novel a lot. Overall is a decent read but to much is happening all the time, with a MC with constantly changing personalities and pacing getting affected by overcomplicated visions and stagnants arcs
read it till 500+ chapters and am finally leaving a review, its amazing, is a masterpiece to me, was addicted to it, love it.
This could be 100 percent better if the guy was actually op. He has op skills but don’t use him which is completely stupid one of the worst books I’ve read to be honest
i had a very good tolerance to stupid, cringe and cliche stuff since i already read a lot of garbage stuffbut chapter 37 beat me, utterly devastated, i cant think of anything worse than thisshe not a love interest at this point for god sakeand she hold his life on her palmthat it, imma get out, i cant imagine what kind of bs author will brew in the later chapter

I write after reading 342 chapters, I thought it would at least improve but it hurts me to say that the title of the novel is a total lie, the MC is super indecisive, above all he is a manipulated protagonist from the beginning of the novel, I thought that when he realized that the memories were false he would change and have a more villainous mentality, but no, he was still the heroine's lapdog, and above all many forced twists in the plot, the protagonist only becomes weaker, always regretting how weak he is and what he could have done, sacrificing the advantages he has to help the characters in the plot when at first he wanted nothing to do with them especially after he knows that everything is a farce, the conclusion, the protagonist does not know what he wants and is definitely not a villain, this novel disappointed me, a waste of time
