Dmitri, whose legs were now healed, and Cillia stood side by side as they listened to the witches who were sent after Ezra and Mateo. After their report, they were then dismissed leaving behind the head witch and the vampire lord.

"Does this mean that you have made up your mind?" Dmitri asked. He looked at her side profile which still looked youthful even though she was one of the oldest watches alive.

"Yes," Cillia replied, she looked ahead of her in the direction of the Blood Moon Pack. "She has a mate and a son. I am not needed." Her words were clear and her face had no emotion. It was like she had broken all these that linked her to her daughter, ties that never really existed before.

"You seem alright for someone who was just rejected by her daughter." He commented and she glared at him. "Now we both know that you belong to me. Only me."
