Chương 192: That night

True to Sky's words, because of the emotional distress that Phoenix faced the whole day, Phoenix dreamt of things from her past that night.

After Sky had given him a heads up about Phoenix's possible emotional turmoil, Ashton was ready for it. Thus, he wasn't surprised by it. His job was to stay with Phoenix and calm her down. 

Thankfully, Phoenix wasn't having a hysterical nightmare like what they expected. She just sobbed in grievance like she had been enduring the sadness inside her for so long.

Phoenix dreamt of the time where she was saved from dying in the sea and met her sister, Melrose. 

Melrose was her saviour. She owed Melrose a lot and wanted to repay Melrose for everything that Melrose had done for her. 

Living her life like how Melrose hoped she would be one way of repaying Melrose. There was one other thing that Phoenix tried hard to do to repay Melrose. But what that was, that for another time to tell.
