Chương 18: Crushed Valley
"Hey, you two!" Joseph's voice echoed in the whole forest as he tried to catch both Dandrik and Carter's attention.
Carter glanced over to the side and saw Joseph in the middle, drinking a cup of hot coffee.
"You bought coffee?" Carter asked the man. He walked closer to the middle and saw that there was a plastic bag full of bread.
Joseph smiled and nodded, "Of course! You two are sleeping like a stone. I tried to wake you up both, but the only thing you did was hit my palms away and tell me to get lost!"
Dandrik laughed loudly after hearing what the man whined about. "I was sleeping peacefully, okay?"
The man rolled his eyes and told Carter to eat already. He doesn't need to remind Dandrik since he was already eating on one side.
"Yep, I'm going to eat already."
It took them a whole 15 minutes in order to finish their breakfast. Carter checked his quest after. To know more about what to do for the whole day.

After reading it, he quickly proceeded to read about how many more days before the main quest would refresh.

Carter shook his head in disappointment. "That's like almost a day still. Hays, I just want to have a new main quest."
"COME! LET'S GO!" Joseph energetically shouted.
Standing up from sitting down, Carter immediately went over to his tent and placed it on his inventory. They tidy up the place in an instant.
Carter saw a lot of people walking on the mountain. Some even have hairs placed on their scalp. He didn't know how to react when he saw them.
It looks appropriate but weird at the same time. The only thing that he can't deny was the fact that it looks very funny. Nevertheless, Carter knew that those players who equipped those hairs just want to boast about their rank.
Carter doesn't really like those kinds of players. He thought that they were too immature to boast such small levels. That's why for him it's important to stay humble at the start and surprise everyone with a bang.
He likes it that way. Surprising people with a shocking revelation.
"Where are we even going, you fool?!" Dandrik asked Joseph loudly when he noticed that they were just walking without any destination pinned on their maps.
Joseph's eyes widened as he quickly opened his map. "Oh no! Did I forget to pin the location?"
"What else, you think?" Dandrik answered with impatience.
Carter watched over as a red-colored pin showed up on their map. "Crushed Valley?" He uttered when he saw the name written under.
Joseph smiled and gave him a thumbs up. "Yap, if we're still not late, then I think a Chamelrus will be hiding there."
"How can you be so sure?" Carter added in.
"Just trust me, okay?" Joseph walked closer to Carter. He circled his arms around the man's neck, pulling the man's height a little bit.
"Alright," Shrugging his shoulder, Carter and the others proceeded to walk.

"You know what, we've been searching this area for an hour already and we still couldn't find anything." Carter's brows furrowed as they took a rest under a big, shaded tree.
He opened up his inventory and took a bottle of water. Their walk made him thirsty. It took them an hour of walking just to reach the area since it was just near the place that they stayed at, yesterday.
There was a total of more than 500 places on the map that scattered around the whole place. Its sizes vary from one another. That's the same thing with the monsters that you can find in those places.
Large sites tend to have more higher-level monsters while you can only find low leveled ones in small locations.
Since they were at the west part of the map, where almost all locations were small, there was no doubt that the high-leveled monsters were limited compared to those on the east side.
The east side contains the places that mostly occupy big land sizes. It was like the countries on the earth where they vary in size.
The three of them already agreed to each other that once their rank was shown, they would slowly travel to the east part of the map to loot and hunt faster.
"Let's go now. 5 minutes of rest is up. Our butt needs to work already." Joseph stood up and kicked both Carter's and Dandrik's feet.
Carter's eyes glanced over at the man, glaring. He took a deep breath and followed Joseph, who was walking already.
'That man didn't even wait for us.'
"Hey bro, are you sure that there is a medium leveled monster here?" Dandrik asked while walking down.
Joseph turned around and looked at Dandrik with a piercing stare. "Shh," Placing his pointing finger on his mouth, the man made a quiet sound.
"Did you hear that?" Joseph asked them, suddenly as he looked around anxiously.
Carter looked around and tilted his head to the side. "What should we hear?" He asked in a low voice, feeling the surroundings.
Dandrik walked closer to them after his eyes surveyed the area. "Jo—"
"Hi, guys!" A sweet tone of a woman's voice suddenly sounded. Carter looked around and saw a beautiful woman who was almost wearing nothing.
With a thin dress that was almost transparent, Carter can see the woman's mouth-watering cleavage and her almost perfect curves. The woman has long red hair flowing naturally, cat-like eyes, and luscious lips.
