As George promised, the mansion's gym was turned into a tailor-made healing center specifically for Cynthia's injury, a specialist and three trainers were hired to stay at the mansion at all times, and a nurse was on standby for Cynthia's every beck and call. That said, the nurse was the least required person around the mansion as Cynthia's nanny and her mother in law rarely ever left her side.
