In an enclosed space several hundred miles away from Adriel and the rest, Long Fei the third elder of the skyfall sect lay on the grass in a pitiable condition, clutching her throat and gasping for air, taking long deliberate breaths trying to clear her head and calm her turbulent mind.

Her blue robe was reddened from several wounds on her shoulder and other parts of her body, she kept looking around the surrounding bushes warily, but nothing stirred there, there was no life and nothing left to harm her.

Contrary to what Adriel thought was the truth of his mom's situation as a result of the lies that the prime elder weaved in his stories about her, Long Fei experience a torturous couple of days, not only as she been constantly hunted by countless people draped in black robes, she had to watch out for traps and ambushes of several fierce beasts roaming in this dreadful realm she was mistakenly drawn into while evading capture.
