Chương 9: Chapter 9

Time was already passing quickly and she needed to be quick so as not to kiss the interesting parts of making out with her coach.

Picking up her jogging bag, she slotted the necessary things that she was to use at the gym which includes her water bottle and towel.

Her headset was already on her ears by the time she was leaving her room and it was Saturday, so a lot of things had to be done.

"Mom, I will be leaving for the gym now", Gael mumbled but his mother wondering since when he had water going to the gym, asked him whether he was not going to play football as he normally does but letting out a smile, he responded gently to her,

" Today we have pieces of training there so I am heading there".

"Okay, you take care son, and remember to come back home quick okay?", she muttered. Gael nodded leaving the house but before he could walk two steps ahead, the ringtone of his phone gave way inside his pocket as he had a call. Taking out his cell phone, he looked at the caller noticing that it was Tasha who was calling.

"Hi Tasha", he spoke out as soon as he picked up the call, and Tasha feeling happy to listen to him, asked how he was doing.

"I am fine, and if you are calling to know whether or not I am doing my job, be calm because I do intend to fail you", he explained.

" I know you won't because I know that aside from being good-looking, you are smart as well", she credited him. Gael felt good knowing that someone as wealthy as her could have such a good heart.

"You are a nice woman Tasha and I just hope that our little plan work because I know that you are doing this for your friend's good", his lips moved as he walked towards the road to get a cab to the gym.

" Thank you for the compliment, I wish you the best mate", she cheered him up.

"Thanks".

Tasha hung up the phone and Gael looked at the road with a smile on his face, he wondered how Yvonne was going to react when she equally finds out that her friends assigned him to do something like that. Not wanting to get too deep with issues that did not concern him, Gael stood by the road waiting for a taxi to pick him up, knowing what the distance he needs to cover is.

Driving into the parking lot, Yvonne stationed her car well before stepping out of it. Her life was a little bit reckless sometimes but she always makes an effort to do the right things. Putting her keys into her bag, she walked into the gym, and on reaching, she met with some of her friends who always work out with her.

" Hey, Yvonne, we thought that you will not be able to make it here today", Melanie talked and Yvonne let out a laugh, she narrated how her bed did not want to let her go.

"Was it your bed or did you do something that you will love to share with us?", Zoe teased her with her words.

" You are alone hell of a human being Zoe", Yvonne spoke out not being able to hold herself from laughing.

Adding to what Zoe had said, Melanie told Yvonne not to change the subject and to answer the question that was asked because it was very important.

"There is nothing to answer guys, I did not sleep with anyone last night, it was just me and my pillows", she made an effort explaining but it seems like the girls already had something fixed in their minds, and wanted to know whether she has a man, was their way of seeing her differently.

" Girl, you do not have to be so uptight okay, it is true that we are not that close but trust me I love to see you girls here and I always look forward to meeting you both all the time", Zoe asserted and with her words falling off like that, Yvonne felt guilty and ashamed of her reaction.

"I am sorry girls for using that tone on you just that, I could not bear it when you girls came to be teasing me about spending the night with someone.

" Great, you said it yourself, we were teasing you don't don't understand why you get so uptight whenever a topic about men is mentioned, especially when it has to do with romance", Melanie whispered.

"Look I do not know what you might have gone through in the hands of a loser before, but trust me, if you were to be judged based on other peoples mistakes, you will not love it so do not characterize every man as being bad, okay", Zoe confided in her friend with her eyes almost popping out.

While they were active with their little girl's talk as they waited for their coach to start the session, Melanie caught the side of Gael as he pushed the door leading into the training space.

" Girls, an angel just walked into the room", Melanie Talked with her eyes open and her mouth drawn backward leaving the inner path to be exposed and attracting all sorts of insects to go in. Turning her head to have a look at what was making her friend behave like a primitive girl, Zoe's inner flesh began to move and her pants got slippery just by looking at Gael.

"Did a woman like me give birth to such a human?", Zoe asked walking slowly towards him like someone who was under a spell. Yvonne laughed at their exaggeration and took out her phone that was vibrating, she had missed the call as the caller had dropped it before she could even pick it up.

" Yvonne, I am not breathing well, tell that guy that I want him", Melanie cried out.
