Chương 177: Human under the moon

It was around the time the end was near, Thalia and her brother were victims to a Wendigo attack.

Yet here she stood, still alive, Raphaela felt her heart race of excitement but couldn't help notice the scent emitting from Thalia wasn't that of a wolf.

It was always a blind, unknown musk that a Wendigo had, it was such an expert in the field of hunting wolves that even its scent was masked.

Like walking in the desert during a pale full moon, scents, smells, in the air even sometimes the refreshing whiff of distant rain would fill the nostrils of a werewolf, able to smell everything far and wide.

Then passing a cactus plant, that aloe reek pungent from it, though so confusing, so perfectly masked, the Wendigo would hide behind that very smell.

"What do you mean revenge!?" Deno bellowed first, he was well aware of Thalia being a part of Raphaela's pack, but he accepted she's a Wendigo much easier.
