"Married to me?" I asked, surprised.

"Yes. Once she made a promise, she would never break it," explained the father. I fully believed in the man's words.

I bent my legs and crouched in front of Clarise with a big smile on her face.

"Do your best according to your wishes," I said, Clarise looking excited as she gripped my right hand with both hands.

"I will do it. Wait until I grow up, Sir Arthur," Clarise answered.
