"I want to see my mother!" I said, looking at Ian's back as he adjusted the buttons on his sleeve. His chin moved slightly to the right, and he looked out the window.
"Of course, you can see your mother!" Ian said, "I'll have someone take you to see your mother! I have a meeting later, and I'll see you at dinner!"
'Are you going to torture me again?' I wanted to ask him, but the words were stuck in my throat. I shouldn't provoke him, just in case he refused to allow me to visit my mother because of anger!
The hall door opened again, and I walked behind Ian. Unexpectedly, my father appeared, and when he saw Ian, he seemed a little nervous. Fortunately, my father did not forget to bow to his King.
"Your Majesty, I have been waiting for your call!" My father stammered. "My daughter and I are honored by your kindness."
