Just as my head was still in a daze, a pair of cold fingers pressed gently on both sides of my temples. A sharp electric pain jolted me out of my coma.
I found myself lying in the temple when I saw everything around me. Candles were lit on the candlesticks around me. The statue of the Moon Goddess stood in the middle of the altar. She was still expressionless, and her eyes were filled with dignity that contained everything in the world.
