"I missed you so much, so I came to see you," Zhang Liling said flashing her father a smile.

"You came to see me?" Zhang Renshu asked with an unbelievable expression on his face.

Just how many times did they argue over the phone because of Fang Bingwen, and here she was in his house saying that she came to see him?

Zhang Renshu found it hard to believe. Was it even possible for her to miss him?

She must have come for something.

"Of course. Or am I no longer welcome in my father's house?" She asked and just then, the servant returned with a new set of plates and laid them out in front of her, before going ahead to serve her some food.

Zhang Renshu threw his face to the side, totally ignoring her. But that meant that he wasn't stopping her from dropping by anytime she wanted.

"Dad, can I take it that I am allowed to come and go as I please?" Zhang Liling asked the corner of her lips curled, with her gaze briefly resting on her stepmother.
