Easily worst ff about HotD ff. Nothing but painting and it's terminology with a super lengthy explanation. MC has personality less interesting than a road side stone 🪨. Politics and marshal training be damned. He didn't bother to check Demon or put him six feet under or burn him with dragon fire or assassinate him ASAP. No push for reform. He and his painting no push to stop the dance. He must already court the high tower wrench of his sister, He is in every way worse than his father. His plot armour is so tick otherwise he might slip on the stairs and break his neck. Waste of time and hair (as you shall pull out hairs with frustration).

I thought this would be a decent read and im sure it is for some, but for me this was a waste of time, you never know whos POV your reading until the end of the chapter which confuses everything, its more about art than running a kingdom. not for me, thanks anyway though
