An unpleasant surprise came in the form of the twins I had first met in Fashire's castle. They were dressed in rather simplistic robes, but their faces were well beautified as always and it was hard to tell who was the male amongst them until the Lady started speaking. 

They had come with a ridiculous, albeit terrifying request. Fashire had gone missing and he had chosen me to stand in his place at the high table during the conference. They had then proceeded to plaster some piece of clothing on my neck which would truly mark me as a representative of his. 

He was giving me full permission to be there and nobody, not even the King could question this since his choice had been made. 

Unless they had to look for him and from what Lors Vann had told me, he had left the castle premises and had gone to conduct some business in the city. He looked quite irritated saying it. 

Then again what sort of business did Fashire have out there?
