"You thought we didn't know?" Francheska chuckled she looked at Riane with nothing but mockery in her eyes.

"What are you talking about?" Of course, Riane was still able to control herself. She was a seasoned warrior, there is no need to act on her emotions. It is still bitter to observe and wait before she does anything rash. "I don't — "

"Lady— " Their conversation was interrupted by a bloody Joana. When Joana saw Matthew, she too had a weird expression on her face.
