Zephyr pulled out a sword and charged toward Maduc without wasting a word. Zephyr's movements were swift. Zephyr swung his sword horizontally, and [Vorpal Destruction] was activated.
Maduc summoned various skeletons and poisoned zombies to act as his meat shield. He leaped through the air after summoning, making Zephyr's attack hit on the summons.

Zephyr didn't receive a single experience after killing the summons, making him narrow his eyes. After seeing all his summons were obliterated, Maduc summoned 2 skeleton knights and started to attack Zephyr.
With his super sensitivity, Zephyr was able to evade their attacks. As he evaded their attacks, he simultaneously swung his sword repeatedly.
He cut them down again and again with his Venomous Demon Sword. Zephyr was able to push them back and started to rush to Marduc. Seeing that he would only waste time on a summon without gaining experience, he targeted the summoner.
Maduc rushed towards Zephyr unhindered. Whenever he swung his demon sword, shards of red light spread through the air. Because he attacked wherever his super sensitivity sensed the weakness, he repeatedly got critical attacks.

Seeing that Marduc's defense wasn't as high as the skeleton knight's, Zephyr let out a flurry of attacks again. Suddenly, he felt that 2 swords were targeted at him and he felt his body cold.
Zephyr halted his attack and evaded. Their attacks never touched him. Zephyr looked at the 2 skeleton knights and the emerging one as Marduc was summoned again after being hit by Zephyr.
He could tell Zephyr was a very skilled one as he could bypass the attacks of the 2 skeleton knights and decided to summon another 1.
"Troublesome."
Zephyr muttered as the three skeleton knights attacked him at the same time. Zephyr took a deep breath and evaded all attacks with a twist of his body and precise footwork.
Zephyr decided to take him down as quickly as possible as he knew his stamina wouldn't last through the continuous attacks.
Arriving in front of Maduc, he focused on his blade and let loose all his power at once.
He etched a white line into the air. Seeing the incoming attack, Maduc conjured a barrier to protect himself.
Just like a thin glass, his barrier was broken into pieces as it was cut down by the Sword Saint. Maduc's eyes widened seeing his barrier collapse easily, as he was confident that it should not be broken easily.
Zephyr didn't waste a second. He swung his sword a few times, leaving cuts and wounds on Maduc.

However, the three skeleton knights arrived and targeted Zephyr. His senses were warning him of danger as he blocked and deflected one attack and evaded the other two attacks. Maduc also cast a curse and poison against Zephyr, however.

Zephyr's resistance to abnormal status didn't let him down. He grabbed his demon sword with both hands and then pushed off the ground, immediately closing the distance to Maduc, who was startled as his spells were not working.
"Are you really human?"
Zephyr didn't bother to reply as he leapt off the ground and swung his demon sword in a downward arc. A white line was etched into the air, following the trajectory of his sword.

Zephyr's attack hit the shoulder and then followed up with a [Paralysis Bite].
[Venomous Demon Sword's option effect is activated, causing the skill 'Paralyzing Bite' to be generated.]

Zephyr immediately followed up with another attack. His aim was none other than the wound he'd inflicted on Maduc's shoulder as he used [Vorpal Destruction].]

Zephyr severed Maduc's shoulder, which made the latter scream in pain. Maduc was only left with 10% HP after enduring Zephyr's unstoppable attacks.
Maduc was no longer holding back as he summoned another 7 skeleton knights, making it 10. all simultaneously attacked Zephyr. Zephyr was only able to barely avoid the attacks as some landed a scratch on him.

As Zephyr didn't heal earlier, his HP was left with only 5%. Seeing his HP, Zephyr didn't panic as he maintained his calm.
He covered his body with the demon sword. Since the demon sword's blade was both wide and long, he could block all his vitals from his head down to his balls.
Kang!
The sound of metal rang out and Zephyr leapt off, landing on the skeleton knight. Zephyr directed all of his strength toward his legs, maximizing the output of every muscle and blood vessel in them.
Then Zephyr dashed towards Maduc at lightning speed and, as if thunder had been heard, and decapitated Maduc.

Zephyr arrived 5 meters from his previous spot and dealt a critical attack on Maduc, leaving only 3 HP left. However, before he could end him, a sword was stabbed at his back.

Zephyr had 1 HP remaining. He had temporarily forgotten about it, but the attribute of his title was activated, and he now had an immortal body temporarily.
Zephyr wondered why his super sensitivity didn't warn him but didn't linger on it any longer. Zephyr slashed Maduc's face, who had a smirk on his face, thinking he had killed Zephyr already.

Zephyr's immortality disappeared along with him disappearing from the trial as he had completed it, barely.

Zephyr held the scroll in his hand as he disappeared from the Lost Forest back to the Swordsman Class Instructor. His immortality also disappeared, as one could see his almost empty HP. Suddenly, another ripple of chaos flashed through the entire server.
[Announcement: Player Zephyr has successfully passed the Abyss Level Class Advancement Trial. As he is the first player to pass the Abyss trial in 'Tensura', he will be rewarded increase in stats by 10, and 5 luck.]
[Announcement: He is also rewarded, Heroes Badge, Title 'Rising Star.' For the rest of the players, please continue to work hard.]
The system announcement resounded around the whole server. It was like a meteor crashing into a calm lake, sending out countless waves. As gamers, they all knew what it meant to pass an abyss level trial despite having not yet done it.
All of them knew that it should be impossible to pass the trial as there were many variables that would deliberately wipe the player out.
Some people were envious, some were in admiration, and some could only sigh as they could see that Zephyr was a player above the sky. A player they couldn't catch, and they knew the gap would only widen in the future.
However, Zephyr didn't care about the system announcement as he was starting to get used to it announcing his name without his permission. He just looked at the rewards he had obtained after fighting Maduc for almost five hours.

Zephyr then turned his attention to the class instructor in front of him. Zephyr just stared at him and didn't initiate a conversation.
The instructor saw him and looked down and saw the Hero's Badge on his chest. He smiled, knowing the adventurer would pass the test. He was also able to notice the injuries he had suffered and was on the verge of death, yet he acted as if it was nothing.
Zephyr just passed the proof of his completion and the instructor talked to him.
"I knew you could do it. Even though it should be impossible to pass, I know the hardship you have been through. Congratulations for passing the Abyss level trial. "
He then paused, took a deep breath, and continued while having his aura radiate around him. Zephyr wasn't bothered as he could guess it was like a ceremony.
"In the name of the Goddess of Light Maria, I bestow upon you the name and the strength of an official swordsman."
Notifications appeared in front of Zephyr.

Zephyr could tell the changes were positive because his stats were so far above his level.Zephyr could now see the benefit of acquiring titles as it could increase his stats and gain other benefits. He then decided to get more titles in the future.
He was also amazed at gaining two unique sword skills. It was as strong as his [Vorpal Destruction]. To have both skills to deal consecutive damage, this feature was more valuable than just high damage.
Both skills were amazing in both PVP and PVE. In battles when both sides are almost equally strong, the opponent will usually block 90% of the attacks. However, if one possessed an unblockable skill, it would destroy the balance.
Coupled with his high damage, Zephyr was sure that he could now deal easily with a skeleton knight. After finishing his class advancement, Zephyr bade farewell to his class instructor, who was smiling widely, not knowing that Zephyr hadn't just become an official swordsman but an official Sword Saint.
As Zephyr exited the class advancement center, he then saw a flash of light in the plaza. He could guess that some of the players were also arriving, but he did not care.
Zephyr then glanced at the useless items in the inventory. Then he saw an auction house. Zephyr decided to sell his items because there was no way to dispose of them in Tensura.
What he didn't realize was that the items he sold would start a fire and cause chaos for all of the players who had chosen White Tiger City.
