Chương 150: - Ill Omen

Alone, without the threat of the war pressing down on him like the very weight of the world, he was able to take in the beauty of the planet that he found himself on. Despite the questionable things that he had seen down beneath the temple, things that called into question the very nature of the planet itself, it was was extremely nice to look at and mindlessly experience. 

It was somewhat like wandering through a forest in the middle of a summer's day, at least what he imagined that would be like. He'd never cared to visit one of the protected areas on Earth while he was there. The blue star around which this planet held its orbit cast an oddly familiar light onto the world. While it was much like the world he knew, it was discreetly different, only noticeable if you were actively looking for it.
