Chương 6: Chapter 5 - The Power of a Deity
After seeing the Multiverse of Re: Zero for the last time, Kaito turned to see the two Gods and nodded to them. After doing this he disappeared in an instant. After his disappearance, the two Gods leaned towards the place where Kaito disappeared.
After doing this the two of them wasted no time and got to work, well in a few words they are seeing if someone dares to enter their Multiverse and if so, by Kaito's orders they are allowed to get rid of these beings or intruders .

When Kaito arrived at this place, his expression did not change much when he saw the landscape since he had already seen it before, besides, the landscape is the same as the starry sky and the only difference is that all Space is composed of Origin Energy, which enters to each Outerverse and degrades to sotransform into the Energy that is handled in it.
But even with all these things that exceed the commission of a being at the Outerversal Level, Kaito hadn't changed his face until now, since he could feel a limitless evil aura being transmitted from somewhere on the horizon. As if it swallowed all existing life.
Frowning, Kaito tried to use his Omnipotence to see what was happening, but was suddenly stunned as he couldn't see anything. Even if it sounds impressive that having Omnipotence cannot see anything, that's how things are, and already with this fact it made the unsettling feeling that Kaito felt before arriving stronger.
"Well, it doesn't matter what being or thing gives off this aura... from the moment he endangered the beings important to me... I already signed his death warrant." With this thought Kaito stepped forward into the darkness in front of him.
As he moved in the direction of the disturbance he moved cautiously, from the moment his Omnipotence failed he knew that things are not that simple. And this was confirmed by him advancing near the place where the dark aura came from, since at that moment he stopped dead.
Immediately his eyes narrowed slightly and the place where he was suddenly fell into absolute silence, even if there was no sound in space. After a few minutes Kaito opened his eyes and then moved to the side as if he was avoiding something. It didn't take long for a giant hand to pass in the place where Kaito was before and destroy all the surrounding asteroids which could be compared in size to an Outerverse.
Looking at the large arm that suddenly appeared and the way it had a feeling of familiarity flashed through Kaito's mind, however he couldn't think of it as he felt another attack approaching. Quickly a black Katana appeared in Kaito's hand and with absurd speed he lightly moved his hand and thousands of traces of sword slashes appeared in space for a second. Then the sound of the card being cut could be heard and was accompanied by the roar of pain of some kind of beast.
"GRRRRR!!!!" Hearing where the sound came from, Kaito looked from him in its direction. Seeing who it was that made him come here, Kaito opened his eyes in surprise and disbelief. The reason for this is because fucking Cthulhu was in front of him.
With a body the same size as an Outerverse, with an octopus head. Wings and body equal to that of a dragon Kaito recognized it immediately, in addition to that illusory feeling as if the being in front of him could control the senses of people, he confirmed that in front of him was Cthulhu.
"Tsk, what is this guy doing here? Besides, if he's here, aren't other Lovecraft beings supposed to be here too?" With doubts filling his heart, Kaito extended his perception of him and covered the entire Origin Dimension searching for more beings that have the same origin as Cthulhu.
After searching with his perception for a long time, Kaito felt dissatisfied since he did not find anything, not a being or the Outerverse where Cthulhu came from, but what he did find was a Spatial trace that goes to a higher Dimension.
[What is happening?... more importantly, perhaps someone besides me and apparently Lovecraft's beings know about this]. Having this thought, Kaito sensed the Outerverses around him to see the thoughts that the strongest beings of these Outerverses had on this topic.
However, to their bad luck, all these beings were surprised by their appearance and that of Cthulhu, since they did not expect that there was a higher dimension and that a being previously weaker than them could enter this new higher dimension.
Knowing that he couldn't get information from these guys, Kaito turned his attention back to Cthulhu, even if among these beings were people like Featherine, The One Above All, Hajun and others, Kaito still paid more attention to Cthulhu.
As Kaito looked at Cthulhu, he was stunned as he saw it. For suddenly Cthulhu's body began to twist inwards. In addition to the fact that he was shrinking little by little, seeing this scene made Kaito familiar. After thinking for a while he got the answer from him.
In the movie where Gogeta appears for the first time, something similar happens with Janemba, when Goku attacked him when he was fat, causing great damage to Janemba. Then he is suddenly shrunk and when he finished doing so his powers increased.
Of course, knowing that the situation was similar, Kaito did not stop Cthulhu. Since even if the situation is the same, Cthulhu's aura did not increase at all, plus Kaito saw a long time ago that the Cthulhu in front of him is simply an avatar of the original body.
Some time after Cthulhu's transformation ended, his new form was revealed. He hasn't changed much that can be said, now his skin has a darker skin tone and his eyes glow like fire, a look that for any being could be chilling.
Kaito of course is the exception, while he was looking at Cthulhu he also did the same, they were looking at each other until with a quick movement Cthulhu arrived in front of Kaito and with an ax that suddenly materialized he attacked Kaito.
Kaito was obviously a bit surprised by the agility Cthulhu displayed, but being stronger than this avatar he easily defended Cthulhu's offensive. Sparks from the collision of the two weapons could be seen on all sides thanks to the high speed of the battle.
But even if this seemed like something ordinary it wasn't, since the surrounding Outerverses were being affected to a certain extent and if it wasn't for the powerful beings that are in these Outerverses, they would already have been destroyed, meanwhile the ones without a being powerful werebeing protected by Kaito.
Sure, the things that couldn't escape the aftermath of the fight were the surrounding asteroids. However, Kaito did not pay much attention to this, since he was focused on the battle.
Even if he knew that the strength of this avatar did not differ much from the original body, he was still attentive to the battle, since during it he could feel Cthulhu's strong mental attack which increased in an exaggerated way.
Until now he realizes the exaggerated general increase in the strength that the Origin Energy gives, of course this was not the only reason why he paid attention to Cthulhu, he did it more when he perceived that his power was affecting the Outerverses even if they were far awaybillions and billions of light years.
Even powerful beings at the Outerversal Level are being affected by Cthulhu's ability gradually, plus Kaito could also see that when Cthulhu's ability affects other beings it becomes stronger little by little.
"Even if I wanted to keep playing with you, it won't be possible... you know, a lovely fairy is waiting for me, and I also have to keep my promise to another beautiful woman, so I say goodbye to you, Cthulhu." Cthulhu upon hearing Kaito's words immediately got angry. How can a simple human despise him so much to the point of telling him the things he's going to do after he takes care of him.
It annoyed until the end, from the first time the fight started Cthulhu spoke to Kaito with obvious anger.
"Human, don't think that by receiving that guy's strength you're just as strong as that guy." After Cthulhu's words fell, Kaito's expression changed from neutral to bewildered.
He didn't know what he was talking about, but what he was able to learn from Cthulhu's words was that he previously faced a being with the same power, that is, the power of Origin. However even if he wanted to keep thinking about these things and Cthulhu's words he couldn't do it since Cthulhu's attack had already reached him.
So he quickly blocked Cthulhu's attack with his Katana, but what Kaito did not expect was that before colliding with his Katana, Cthulhu's ax generated the gradual collapse of space in the Origin Dimension, but not only this happened.
Since what happened the next moment surprised the beings who saw this fight and Kaito himself. And the event that made everyone shocked was that Cthulhu's attack caused the Outerverses of the Origin Dimension to be about to be erased from existence.
It is clear that Kaito would not allow such a thing to happen, first he does not want to involve others for his fight and second is the fact that in one of these Outerverses is Emilia and the others. And remembering this last fact, he got angry, since someone endangered the people important to him.
"Angry?...so this is the last time you will be Cthulhu." After speaking in a low tone with a hoarse voice, Kaito took action.
With a quick movement he sheathed his Katana but did not remove his hand from its handle, at the same moment his appearance changed. First his black clothes were changed to a black armor that partially covered his body, between the openings of the armor you could see the black and blue dragon scales, also in another part of his body you could see his dragon transformation. And these parts were in his claws on his feet and hands in addition to the tail and extra wings on his body.
Finally two black horns grew on Kaito's forehead making him look more fierce, however what made him look more fierce were his two eyes that looked like two golden flames and his loose hair which now fluttered behind him, in addition than an aura of purple and blueIt covered his entire body, which finished giving Kaito the final touch.
Although it seems that this change lasted a long time, but it was only an instant in which no one reacted, not even Cthulhu himself. It is clear that Kaito was not going to stop after taking out all his power, so afterwards he simply took his Katana slightly out of the sheath and then with amazing speed he launched a sword Ki of the same color as his aura at Cthulhu who did not react until the final moment in which hisavatar was destroyed.
But even if the attack eliminated Cthulhu's attack and himself, he didn't stop, he kept going until he reached the top of the Origin Dimension, which didn't resist for a second and broke instantly. At the moment the Dimensional wall was broken, the energy of the sword was still directed towards the New Dimension, however after a few seconds the crack caused by Kaito was repaired as if nothing had happened, even Kaito himself returned to his appearance former.
Returning to the previous state does not mean that Kaito got tired, but rather that he achieved his objective, which was to seek information about what was happening, of course, by doing this he also endangered all of existence since his attack directly destroyed all of Origin Dimension and if it were notBecause he repaired it instantly, everything had been extinguished, of course excepting his World, which he himself protected long ago with a barrier created by his power.
Well back to the main topic, after eliminating Cthulhu's avatar and almost killing the main body Kaito learned a few things. First, it seems that Lovecraft's beings previously accessed the energy that they now have, which is the Energy of Origin and they even accessed another Energy called "Vacuum Energy".
This energy allowed them to access the Dimension that follows the Origin Dimension, that is, the Void Dimension, but apparently a being suddenly appeared and sealed them in the Origin Dimension again, at the same time that it took away their previously acquired power. The second thing he discovered was that apparently a being from Lovecraft or to be more exact Azathoth already controls the Energy of the Void.
As for knowing this, it is easy, since it was he who blocked the attack and saved Cthulhu at the last minute, in addition to the fact that Azathoth himself observed Kaito from the Space crack he made. But even if he knows that Azathoth got the Origin Energy he's not worried for now, since at his full power he compares to Azathoth who barely managed to break into the rank of a Void God.
This last thing was the last thing that Kaito discovered, and it is that having the Origin Energy, the name given to the being is a God of Origin, and when it has Void Energy it is called God of Void. Of course, in these ranks there are weak and strong, like Cthulhu who barely reached the middle part of an Origin God and Azathoth who just entered the rank of a Void God.
Of course, the latter should not be underestimated, for something Kaito himself did not fight with Azathoth and the latter did not fight against Kaito either. Although the former is compared to Azathoth in strength, but the latter could beat him in a long time due to the quality of Energy he handles, already with Azathoth, he did not want to fight with Kaito because although he knew that he took advantage of the quality level of Energy but knows that it is very dangerousstill struggling, even if you're not careful you could tip over in the ditch.
"Until this moment, I hadn't had the urge to get stronger as quickly as possible." Kaito muttered these words to himself as he sealed a small indentation of Void Energy in a barrier.
Previously he was already satisfied with his current strength, however after the succession of all these events and knowing that someone is stronger than him, he knew that he had to increase his strength quickly, for that same reason he enclosed a notch of the Energy of the Void to study it and to be able to understand it,even if it consumed a lot of his Energy like it hadn't before.
Even if he wants to he can create an Outerverse like nothing without getting tired but now just containing a notch of Void Energy already tired him out.
[Well, I think it's time to go back, I don't want to make Ram and the others worry, although it's also because I'm really going to be exhausted]. With this thought Kaito kept the Energy sample in his pocket space to later deploy a barrier that covered the entire Origin Dimension and the Outerverses.
The reason for putting up this barrier is so that other beings from a higher dimension can't get in their way, moreover since Kaito needs a strong barrier, he spent much more Energy, which left him exhausted.
So after observing that everything was fine and that the barrier fulfilled its purpose perfectly, Kaito returned to his own Outerverse, leaving the beings of the Outerverses of the Origin Dimension stunned and without knowing everything that had happened so suddenly.
Of course, Kaito doesn't care about the thoughts of these guys, he already helps them a lot by protecting their World so for now he doesn't want to know anything about them.

"Next time I'll have to fix this time thing, who knows how long it will be if I go to another world." These were Kaito's first words upon returning to the World of Re: Zero.
You know when he left it was barely getting late and when he returned it was already night, besides he only left for a few minutes or even half an hour, he really didn't expect the time elapsed on the two sides to be so different.
Of course, this time Kaito didn't want to think about these things, so with a thought he was already in Roswaal's mansion, to be more exact, in the garden. At the moment he was transported to the garden, he could see that in front of him was a pink-haired Maid looking at the sky, when he heard the slight movement produced by Kaito at his side, he looked away and met Kaito.
The latter was not surprised that Ram was on the site, even if he is in a state of energy recovery, this does not affect his perception at all.
"Hello Ram, can you tell me why you are awake at this time? Did you expect me?"Kaito spoke in a mocking tone, he just wanted to bother Ram a bit, but he knew perfectly well that Ram was not going to react much to this, he had bothered her before with similar words and she was used to it.
But what he didn't expect and what left him stunned happened the next second. Ram ignored his words and without saying anything he approached him slowly, after being close to him he observed him for a while until later without warning he took out a handkerchief to wipe the slight drops of sweat that he had on his face.
The moment Kaito received this care from Ram, his heart was touched, he really didn't expect the usual aloof Ram to be so attentive, although it's not like he was stupid not to know that Ram is like this with him because of the feelings he has to him.
"Next time, don't make me wait for you so long, besides, it's better that you go and rest." When Kaito was a bit distracted, Ram's words made him come back to himself.
"...I understand, I assure you that I won't worry you again." As Kaito answered Ram he stopped her by holding her hand and stared into her eyes.
Meanwhile Ram stopped for a few seconds and then nodded to Kaito and continued with what he was doing. So for a while the two were silent until Ram finished what he was doing, since at that moment Kaito spoke to him.
"By the way Ram, do you remember the promise I made you a year ago?"
"Promise?". With a doubtful voice Ram answered Kaito, who knew that Ram had forgotten but of course he didn't bother to remind him.
"It's… about the resurrection of your parents." When Ram heard Kaito's words, he immediately grabbed Kaito's clothes and looked at him with those pink eyes which had a clear meaning.
She wanted Kaito to confirm that she could see her parents again, that it wasn't a lie, that she could finally leave behind the last burden she had on her heart.
"Yes, you will be able to see your parents as I promised, but first calm down and if you allow me...". Finishing speaking, Kaito slightly released Ram's hands from his clothes and not waiting for her reaction, he turned his back on him and simply snapped his fingers and two magic circles appeared in front of him.
In these magic circles the figure of two people began to materialize, when the figure of the two people finished materializing the magic circle under them disappeared. At the same time the light that covered them disappeared.
Then, in front of Kaito and Ram, two people known to both of them appeared. They were Quark and Temae the parents of Ram and Rem. Seeing her parents Ram couldn't help but cry, still crying she didn't make any noise, she just cried silently. And in her eyes you could see that she was finally able to rest from the burden that had been tormenting her for a long time.
Seeing Ram's current state, Kaito walked towards her. Being close to her, Kaito carefully dried the tears that fell from her eyes, while he did so, he spoke to her with a low tone.
"Don't hold back, I know you've been saving your feelings for a long time, so don't hold back." After hearing Kaito's words, Ram no longer suppressed his emotions and began to cry, in Kaito's arms. He had regretted for a long time for not being able to save his parents, now he can take that weight off his shoulders.
While Ram cried in his arms, Kaito signaled to Quark and Temae to come closer. These two were clearly already eager to see Ram, upon receiving the signal they immediately went to where Kaito and Ram were.
Upon arrival, Kaito slowly took Ram out of his arms and before she could say anything, someone hugged her and at the same time a familiar voice reached her ears.
"Ram... sorry you had to put up with so much, your father and I are sorry." Suddenly Temae's voice reached Ram's ears.
"Mother?".
"If Ram, I was so sorry that you had to take care of Rem for us, I truly apologize." In the next instant Quark spoke.
"Father?". Ram simply ignored his parents' words and unconsciously hugged them. These for her part could only smile ironically and had no choice but to hug Ram and comfort her.
Kaito for his part was not going to interrupt the family reunion, so he simply waved goodbye to Quark and Temae. After this he walked towards the mansion to rest.
However, in the middle of his walk he could hear the small voice of Ram which was thanking him. To this Kaito simply smiled but didn't stop his walk.
Now he is happy, he has fulfilled his promise with Ram. And she doesn't mind making these changes in history by helping another, you know transmigrates are sent to other worlds to give them a new chance at life, and then like a new chance at life, how can they not do what they want?
Kaito does the same thing, he does what he wants and helps others without caring if it changes the plot or something similar. It's his new chance at life for a reason, so Kaito will enjoy it the way he likes best.
In addition to the fact that he now has important people in this world and to protect them he needs strength, which he will obtain as quickly as possible so as not to suffer a tragedy which he does not want to happen.
