Chương 164: Underwater Park
Ren and Sicily were having the best time of their lives.
They had visited various places so far on their journey and date, and while they weren't the best place Ren had picked, they weren't bad either.
They had eaten atop a certain tower that had so many floors it practically reached the sky, and they ate on the topmost floor.
Sicily as a girl, of course, took so many pics about that, that now while just holding her phone, she was filled with happiness as she remembered it.
The food Ren picked, was made sure to be the best for them, as now that he could afford such things, he didn't bother being too stingy.
Might as well make sure his date was satisfied with the food, the view, and the date overall.
And the more the day went on the more Ren thought Sicily was happy.
Or maybe she was just an honest girl, and didn't care about any of that and just wanted Ren's company.
At any rate, he took her to that tower building.
Following that, they dined at the top, and from there, they took a hot air balloon ride, which surprisingly even to him existed there.
Since he had the money, he booked it and even didn't the person who operated it with them, after he told them the basic instructions.
It was a surreal experience, and being that they were practically so high in the sky, their ride ended up spanning very far and they saw the whole of the city under them.
This had all been during the day, but it seemed that she liked it a lot, so Ren decided that they'll repeat it at night later on, and she agreed with him in a jiffy as if she was afraid he'll change his mind.
When they landed off the hot air balloon, Ren made sure the place was a certain park where people come to watch some exotic animals near a lake that shows up occasionally.
Many people had their picnic gears ready, and he wasn't any different, since he had the storage space where he could put anything he wanted.
The two then enjoyed the picnic and saw many giant but friendly birds come forth.
Sicily even had the choice to ride one and she did it as quickly as possible.
These monsters, were as harmless as regular friendly animals, so they won't hurt humans and wouldn't even fly fast or in a dangerous way.
So, she and Ren soared through the sky once again atop the birds.
By the afternoon of their date, there was only one place left for Ren and Sicily to visit on Ren's list.
Well, it should be two places, since later in the night, they'll have dinner together, but it was in the same place as the last check on their list.
And that was where Ren and Sicily were now.
Right now, they were in an Aquatic park, and this place was the largest and only one of its kind in this place.
It had a huge space where you could dive into with modernized superior equipment, where you can enjoy a long time underwater and dive around, or you can enjoy the underwater rides and various exotic monsters that were caught and trained. Or you can even ride on them under the water.
It would be a very amazing experience, and this was the focus of Sicily the moment she saw they were about to enter this park.
"This…"
She was stunned as she read, 'Enter the Ocean World' written in bold words at the entrance.
'It costs a fortune…'
She knew that the tickets for this place were very high n price, and that was because it had always been a goal of hers to enter this place, and had been working to collect the necessary funds to do it.
Who knew today that she could finally enjoy it? And she didn't have to spend any money on it?
Is Ren very rich?
'I guess he is since he's an SSS rank superhero now too,'
She even did notice earlier how their treatment was top-notch, and while she did remark that it was weird, only now did she recollect that Ren was of high status.
That was how much she was having fun, that she even forgot about it and didn't overthink it.
But at this moment she was very happy with Ren as his choice for her surprise place date was above what she expected.
Apart from the other places that Ren spoke about before they visited, this time he had stayed silent and surprised her instead.
And it was such a welcome and amazing surprise that she almost cried from the happiness.
Still, she put on a sweet smile and hugged Ren.
He reciprocated the hug and she thanked him.
"Thank you, Ren,"
It was clear to her that he took her likes and needs into account as he planned this day wholly for her.
"Don't mention it, now come with me,"
Ren hugged her for a bit and then pulled her inside.
They had a tour guild with them, and it seemed like first, they were going to dive into the huge lake.
The guide led them to a certain area, and many diving clothes that appeared highly scientific and amazing were laid before them.
There was also a water tank from which they can enter to start diving around.
Ren grinned and waved off the equipment of the staff that were about to make sure they wore them correctly.
"Ren, that,"
Sicily didn't know why he did that. She was very excited to try this.
Were they not going to dive in first then?
But Ren just smiled and assured her.
"I can do something better than the tight and unnecessary suits they gave out,"
His words reached her ears and then she suddenly found that she was engulfed with a thin blue barrier of energy.
"This way, we can breathe easily, and we also wouldn't get wet,"
Sicily was quite adept at water magic herself, so seeing Ren's water energy cover her body she started to analyze it and it was indeed just as he had said.
"That's really… impressive,"
Is this how strong SSS rank people are?
She was about to say more but then Ren grabbed her hand and jumped into the opening.
*Shock*
"AHHH"
She cried as she felt herself hit the water and then dive in, but Ren's hand that was holding her reassured her slightly, and soon her yell became one of excitement rather than fear.
She didn't expect that she could really breathe freely underwater, but even though she confirmed it with her magic, it was another thing as she experienced it.
She and Ren dived through the water that was well illuminated as if it had bulbs of light everywhere underwater.
His hand brought her the comfort needed to swim around with no fear.
It was when they had reached the sea floor while exploring that they saw their first sea water animal, or rather a harmless monster instead.
It was huge, to say the least for a first impression.
It was a huge stingray type of fish monster with some differences but overall general same shape.
It swam near them, and by the time it reached closer, Sicily who was holding Ren's hands and floating in the water got scared of the size.
The two of them appeared to be as big as its eyes.
So, the stingray was massive in size and could practically eat them in one bite.
Ren soothed her as he drew her closer to him, and the stingray floated around them slowly while twirling its body and showing the beautiful blue and pink colors it was compromised with.
This proved to be the correct thing to do as Sicily slowly got over her fear and moved closer to this monster.
Ren let go of her hand and then she started to float closer to it until the stingray brought its head closer and let her pet it.
When she did, the stingray used its head to push her above it, and then it started to float around with her on top.
Sicily like it a lot and turned to look at Ren, only to find that he had also got a similar monster and had ridden it too and was following after her.
The two then continued on their date day in this underwater park.
