But that was the case when my control over my Universe was weak.

As my control over my Universe gets stronger and my understanding increases, I get more freedom.

Now I can choose what I want.

Take a Law, for example.

As long as I desire one's Law and have enough space to store it inside my Universe, I can sever that being's connection with the Universe and take their Law away.
