Chapter 22
"Jason, about that...I...."
Lumine twisted her fingers together, trying to say something. Her delicate cheeks were flushed red due to excessive embarrassment.

Or maybe this was just Lumine's unilateral idea and had nothing to with Paimon.
"Oh? Then what are you?" Jason asked curiously. He also wanted to know more about her.
Paimon's exact identity has been one of the game's well-hidden mysteries.
"Me?"
Paimon immediately fell into deep thought about how to answer it.
Her small brain capacity is not enough to answer such a profound question. So, she just fell into an infinite loop of thinking.
"Forget it. Remember that Paimon is not some kind of pet like a puppy or cat!" Paimon interrupted her thoughts and answered angrily. She didn't want to waste time on such a senseless topic.
Then, Jason took both of them back to the restaurant.
But, He suddenly stopped his steps, making Lumine accidentally bump into his back.
Jason didn't care about the soft and squishy feeling in his back and threw dozens of mora into the wishing well not far away.
"Hey!"
Paimon tried to catch the falling coins but failed to do so. She could only helplessly watch as the coins dropped into the pool.
She stood angry, looking at the scene.
"Boss Jason, even if you are rich, don't waste money!"
"I heard that people who waste their money will have bad luck!"
Paimon jumped into the air and reprimanded Jason.
Dozens of Mora, if she caught them, she would be able to buy some snacks!
"Waste?"
Jason shook his head and explained, "That fountain is Mondstadt's well-known whishing pool. If you drop some coins and make a pious wish, it may come true."
"What does mora have anything to do with wish?" Paimon was puzzled.
Does making a wish have anything to do with throwing money?
"Of course, making a wish requires a ritual. And, throwing mora into the wishing well happens to be one."
Jason casually bragged some knowledge.
Paimon flew near the fountain and wondered, "Won't the coins fill the wishing pool?"
"It is said that moras with wishes are taken by the wind to the anemo archon. As for whether he wants to fulfill it or not depends on his mood." Jason continued to fudge them.
In fact, some nuns on the other side of the church occasionally clean up the fountain so that the wishing pool is not full of mora.
But recently, a guy named Anthony quietly comes to pick up coins in the wishing well every night.

Paimon is still warmhearted and the best friend of the traveler.
"Hmm... Ok!" Lumine thought about it, counted ten coins, and threw them into the pool.
Then, she folded her hands together and prayed.
After doing so, her mood seemed to calm down.
Her lovely face only had a tinge of red aftertaste. Her previous embarrassment was gone.
Jason was also happy to see that his purpose of diverting their attention was successful.
After making a wish, they headed back inside the restaurant.
Mona was shocked to see Lumine and Paimon.
Didn't these two travelers go to a hotel?
"Well something happened, and I brought them back..."
Jason went back to the stove and took a quick sip of the soup. He determined that it would take thirty minutes for the soup to be ready.
Therefore, he took Lumine and Paimon to the attic first.
He opened the door of the only vacant room.
Inside the room, there are only about ten square meters of space consisting of a neat bed, a simple desk, a wardrobe, and no other furniture.
A cool breeze blew in through the open windows, making the curtain sway along like waves.
"Lumine and Paimon, this is your room for the night!" Jason said to them.
"Wow!"
Paimon happily threw herself onto the soft mattress of the bed and said, "Master Jason is so generous!"
Paimon even changed his title in excitement.
"The bathroom is in the innermost corner; you can find it there." Jason quickly reminded them.
"I'm going to sleep." Paimon didn't care about it and yawned cutely.
If Mondstadt's hotels weren't closed, she would have long been asleep.
Lumine closed the open windows and pulled up the quilt for Paimon. She gently looked at Jason and softly said, "Jason, thank you!"
Then, she turned around and brushed a strand of hair on her cheeks and blushingly said, "Well, I want to use the bathroom now..."
"Then, I will go downstairs..." Jason was relieved to see them like the room.
Then, he waved at them and went back to the second floor.
When he was away, Mona picked up a quill and started writing.
She is very busy every day.
In her opinion, it is called enrichment of life.
"Mona, I need some help with your divination!"
Jason returned to the stove and remembered something and asked her.
"Astrology doesn't work for the gods. And, it also doesn't work quite well for their families as well as vision holders. Worse of all, it doesn't work at all for travelers from other worlds."
Mona briefly explained the process of her divination and asked, "Who are you planning to perform divination about?"
"Fischl... You don't need detailed information, just her rough location. That should be fine, right?"
