Kaecilius appeared on a roof somewhere in Hosu city from the information he got from those kids.
He observed the surrounding area as he identified his goal.
From what he remembers from the story of My Hero Academia, Giran, a villain and broker affiliated with the League of Villains, working to scout new recruits for their organization.
Even if he doesn't find him here, he should find a contact.
The League of Villains is the perfect location to farm reaction points.
There are many plot characters and, more importantly, AFO.
The big villain of this world, he should yield Sora, many reaction points as someone who lived from the beginning of the Quirk Era. I wonder how he would react to the many incoming mysteries in this world.
Having Kaecilius introduce him to magic, and possibly Dormammu, will definitely shock this guy to death.
Kaecilius licked his dry lips as he spotted a suspicious figure entering a dark alley.
'He should be a villain…' thought Kaecilius, he used illusion magic on himself as his figure faded.
He became invisible in the eyes of the mortals as he followed this dark figure from behind.
Sure enough, he was brought into a conspicuous place within this alley.
He trailed his gaze on the clothed individual as he knocked on the door and watched the interaction.
*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*

The silence enveloped the alley as the doorman opened the door.
Kaecilius entered inside the door with the obvious villain as he made his way inside.
'As expected of a black market, what a poor condition,' thought Kaecilius, as he followed his guide.
Kaecilius walked for a long time as many facets inside the black market were exposed to him.
What caught his attention the most was the slave auctions.
His future evil organization could need some staff but he wasn't in a hurry and he might get some members from his system Gacha system.
'It is a shame none of them are talented in magic,' thought Kaecilius, as he observed those slaves.
Where he can pull as many he wants but has to pay with reaction points.
He will stick to his plan and contact Giran before deciding his next course of action.
The person he followed for a long time was going toward an empty room as Kaecilius followed him.
He saw him taking off a phone from his robes.
'Trying to contact someone, huh?' thought Kaecilius, as he walked behind the robbed individual.
'Sorry but I won't give you this chance'
Kaecilius pulled out his weapon, the Scythe Daggers, from his back as he stabbed the villains who were about to make a call.
Kaecilius aimed for the heart as the person drop dead on the floor.
What a poor guy.
He never knew his fate was long sealed as got noticed and used by Kaecilius.
He took his phone as he checked through it and found a lot of information.
This villain was a member of the local gang in Hosu as he was supposed to buy a powerful slave to their organisation.
He kept the phone, as this organisation might be handy in the future.
Kaecilius looked at the stiff corpse on the floor as he burned the corpse.
He didn't want a dead body to cause him any problem as he left the empty room, not before disguising himself as the same person he just killed.
He is now walking aimlessly inside the black market trying to find Giran or information about him.

He found out Giran's phone number easy enough.
He simply used his magic to peek through people's memory.
Anyway, he is done with the black market. There's no need for him to stay here anymore.
He paid for some information, but found nothing too crazy.
But he found some interesting information about some notable villains that went missing for some time ago.
The League of Villains should live right now and under Shigaraki and Kurogiri.
He walked out from the door he came from and left the alley.
He found a deserted place as he took off his illusion and walked through a busy street.
He ignored the curious look from the surrounding people.
They might think of him as a hero or something, so Kaecilius ignored them.
Kaecilius took out the same phone he picked from the same person he killed and called Giran.
"…"

"…"
"Hey, who is that? How did you get this phone number?" asked a gruff voice from the phone.
"Is this Giran?" asked Kaecilius, as he entered a café and took a seat near the window.
"…"
"Depends. Who is calling?" asked the voice with suspicious.
"Not everyone can get this phone, you know."
"Hmm, just a person interested in the League of Villain." Said Kaecilius as he ordered a sandwich and coffee from the server.
"…"
"…"
"…"
"You're not an ordinary bastard, huh? That's right, I'm Giran, so who are you, mister ordinary?" said a frustrated voice from the phone.
"Just a sorcerer looking for cooperation with the big guy behind the League of Villain. It shouldn't be too hard for you to understand that, right, Giran?" said Kaecilius mockingly.
"Sorcerer? Are you mental? And a big guy? Who are you talking about? I don't understand." Said Giran with a very serious tone in his voice.
"Oh, should I say it directly?"
"…"
"Oh, thank you for the food." Said Kaecilius, as he received his order.
"Of course, guest please enjoy your meal." responded the server as she left Kaecilius's table.
"Huh, I hope you are eating well, you bastard, and making my life harder." Said Giran with a murderous tone in his voice.
"Don't mind it and just do our job and connect me with AFO." Responded Kaecilius nonchalantly as he didn't want to waste time with this guy anymore.
[Giran, +500]
"So you really know him, huh? Alright, alright, since you want to talk with the big guy. Don't blame me, little sorcerer!" said Giran as he ended the call.
Kaecilius looked at his phone with a thoughtful face as he dropped it on the table and started eating his food.

"So that's how the phone call went. Shigaraki, should I transfer this guy to you guys?" asked Giran as he smoke on his chair and looking at the window in his room.
"Interesting…. To think a random mob would know about sensei and our League of Villains so soon…" murmured a slim man with pale skin.
"Sensei? What do you think? Should we bring that "Sorcerer"?" asked Shigaraki toward a turned off monitor.
The monitor suddenly lit up as a massive masked figure appeared.
"Sorcerer, huh? Interesting, I'm really curious about this guest. Tell Giran to contact our guest to our location." Responded AFO as he stared at Shigaraki with a thoughtful face.
[AFO, +100]
[Shigaraki, +100]
[Kurogiri, +100]
"Understood, sensei! Let's go Kurogiri, let's bring that sorcerer to our sensei." Said Shigaraki as he called to the person beside him.
Kurogiri's entire body is made of a dark purple mist, save for his eyes, which are glowing yellow. He normally wears a very elegant suit with a tie and has a metal brace that goes from around his collarbone to just below his eyes.
"Of course, Shigaraki."
Kurogiri opened a dark fog that acts as a portal in front of him.
They entered the portal as they disappeared from the room, living AFO alone.
"…"
"Are there other mystery in this world…?"
"Interesting, I hope this guest brings me great surprise…" said AFO as he disappeared from the screen as the monitor went off, leaving the screen black.
