Chương 317: Yourself
A week later.
"Oh my darling, you look very ready for your first day back at school today" said Natasha as she smiled and she gave Joy a kiss on the cheek which made Joy giggle.
"Are you ready for today?" asked Natasha as she smiled.
"Yes mommy, I am very ready" said Joy as she giggled and she nodded and Natasha smiled at her.
"Well my darling, I packed you lunch, and your Grandma sent over some chocolate cupcakes, you can have one later" said Natasha as she zipped up Joy's pink schoolbag.
"Okay mommy" said Joy as she smiled.
"And don't forget to drink lots of water my princess, water is very important, I am going to check your water bottle when you get home, and I don't want to see any water in there alright my baby?" asked Natasha.
"Yes Mommy" said Joy as she nodded her head.
"Alright, finish your breakfast, I will be back soon" said Natasha as she smiled and Joy nodded as Natasha walked out of the dining room.
"Good Morning my princess" said Dom as he walked into the dining room.
"Good Morning daddy" said Joy as she giggled and Dom gave her a kiss on the forehead.
"Are you ready for school today?" asked Dom as he smiled and he sat down beside her.
"Yes" said Joy as she nodded her head.
"You have everything packed?" asked Dom.
"Mommy packed me lunch, and lots of water, and also one chocolate cupcake that Grandma made" said Joy as she laughed.
"Wait, Grandma sent cupcakes over?" asked Dom in surprise as Joy nodded as she ate her cereal.
"And no one told me?" asked Dom as Joy laughed at her father's silliness.
"This is unfair, and I was just craving some of her cupcakes, I am going to have one right now" said Dom as he stood up and Natasha walked back into the dining room.
"Don't if you do, Joy will be tempted to have one before the time" she replied casually as she poked Joy's nose and Joy smiled.
"Would you be tempted to have one princess?" asked Dom as he looked at Joy and she nodded as he sighed, he guessed that he would not be having any cupcakes today.
"Well you can't take one if I don't allow you to" said Dom as he smiled.
"Mommy always says that you should lead by example, and you should be good" said Joy.
"That's right my darling, and it would seem that your daddy has no self-control, what a guy" said Natasha as she looked at Joy and Joy nodded as Dom did not like what was going on here, he felt like they were both ganging up against him.
"Who said that I don't have self-control, I have plenty" said Dom as he sipped his coffee.
"Mhmm right" said Natasha.
"Baby, finish eating quickly so we can do, we don't want you to be late now do we?" asked Natasha as Joy shook her head.
"No" said Joy.
"Alright be done" said Natasha as she smiled and she walked out of the dining room as Dom shook his head.

"Alright my baby, do you want me to follow you in or you want to go in yourself?" asked Natasha as she smiled.
"I can go in myself mommy" said Joy as she smiled.
"Alright my baby, have a good day at school and I will see you later" said Natasha as she smiled.
"Bye Mommy" said Joy as she gave Natasha a kiss on the cheek and Natasha put her down.
"Enjoy your day at school my princess" said Dom as he smiled and Joy giggled.
"I will daddy, and enjoy working" said Joy as Natasha and Dom both laughed.
"Bye Bye" said Joy as se waved at her parents and she walked up the steps to the school as she walked through the doors and Natasha smiled.
"You want me to drop you at home?" asked Dom as Natasha turned to look at him.
"Aren't you going to the office?" asked Natasha.
"No, not yet" said Dom.
"Alright then" said Natasha as she walked back to the car and Dom followed after her as she entered into the car and she sat at the back as Dom got into the driver's seat and he started the car.
"Should we both come and pick her up this afternoon?" asked Dom as Natasha was busy on her phone.
"No, I don't think that's necessary" said Natasha, but then she thought about something else.
"Oh second thought, I think that we should only for today" said Natasha as she knew that Joy would want to see them both pick her up today.
"Alright then" said Dom as there was silence between them once again.
"I think that we need to reach an agreement of who will pick up Joy from school and when" said Dom.
"I agree, we should rotate weekly" said Natasha as she nodded.
"Alright, I agree, weekly should be fine" said Dom.
"I will pick her up this week, and you can do it the next week, like that" said Natasha.
"Alright" said Dom as he did not argue with her at all, he knew that by now, Natasha did not like to be argued with, or reprimanded, so he wouldn't do any of that, like they agreed on before, they would do their best to try to live in peace with each other, for the sake of their daughter Joy.
"Alright" said Natasha as she looked back at her phone.

Joy smiled happily as she walked through the halls of the school that was crowded with many people as she walked to her own class that she knew very well.
Joy walked into her class and she saw some of her classmates and she was excited when she saw Clarita and she ran over to her.
"Clarita!!" called Joy as Clarita turned to look at her and her face lit up when she saw Joy.
"Joy!!" called Clarita as she smiled as she hugged Joy.
"I missed you" said Clarita as she smiled.
"I missed you too Clarita" said Joy as she smiled and she broke their hug and Clarita gave Joy a kiss on the cheek.
"Why did you kiss me?" asked Joy in confusion as she rubbed her cheek.
"I don't know, that's what my mommy does when she meets her friends who she hasn't seen in a long time" said Clarita as she giggled and Joy giggled.
"Oh okay, I have not seen my mommy kiss her friends though" said Joy as she gave Clarita a kiss on the cheek.
"I missed coming to school a lot" said Clarita.
"Me too, what did you do for Christmas?" asked Joy.
"Well my mommy and daddy took me to my grandma's house and we drank lots of hot chocolate" said Clarita as she laughed.
"That sounds very nice" said Joy as she giggled.
"Hello girls" said Leon as he smiled and he and Prince walked to where Clarita was.
"Hello" said Joy in a happy tone as she hugged Leon and then Prince.
"Hello" said Clarita as she smiled.
"Prince what's wrong, you look very sad" said Joy as she saw the frown on Prince's face.
"Yes what's wrong Prince?" asked Clarita in worry.
"Don't mind him girls, he didn't want to come to school today" said Leon as he shook his head.
"I wanted to sleep in, but now I have to wake up early, it's not fair" said Prince.
"Prince are you grumpy? I am grumpy when I do not sleep enough" said Clarita.
"Me too, so my mommy says that I should never stay up past my bedtime" said Joy as she nodded her head and she looked at Prince.
"Joy when Is your bedtime?" asked Clarita as she looked at Joy.
"It's at 8pm" said Joy.
"That's cool, my bedtime is at 8pm too" said Clarita.
"Really?" asked Joy in surprise as Clarita laughed and she nodded.
"Hey, can you both start caring about me again, and not about bedtimes?" asked Prince.
"You are mean Prince" said Clarita.
"Maybe because he is grumpy, you should take a nap, you will feel better Prince" said Joy as she looked at Prince and he frowned as Leon laughed.
"You see, Clarita and Joy are saying the same thing I said" said Leon as he laughed.
"Be quiet" said Prince as he groaned.
"Alright children good morning" said Miss Lolly as she walked into the room.
"Good Morning Miss Lolly" said all the children as they looked at her.
"Everyone line up and follow me, we are going to your new classroom for this year" said Miss Lolly as she smiled and all the children lined up in order and they followed after her.

"Alright children, be good, do not make any noise, your new teacher will be here soon" said Miss Lolly as she smiled and the children all sat down at their seats.
"We will miss you Miss Lolly" said Clarita as she smiled and the others agreed.
"I will miss you all too Clarita, but your new teacher is a very good teacher as well, I will still see you all the playground" said Miss Lolly as she smiled.
"So be good, and sit tight" said Miss Lolly as all the children nodded as she walked out of the room.
"Do you think that the new teacher will be nice?" asked Joy as she looked at Clarita.
"I don't know, but Miss Lolly said that she would" said Clarita.
"Well I hope that she is" said Leon as in the same moment the door of the classroom opened and a brown haired woman with brown eyes wearing a blue skirt and a white shirt walked into the classroom.
"Good morning children" said the woman as she smiled and she stood in front of the class.
"Good Morning" said all the children.
"My name is Miss Jennifer Honey, and I am your K2 teacher this year" said Jennifer as she introduced herself.
"But you all can just call me Miss Honey" said Jennifer as she smiled.
"Hello Miss Honey" said all the children as Jennifer smiled, Miss Lolly was right, they were all good mannered children, it made her work easier.
"Welcome to our class" said Clarita and the others as she smiled and Jennifer laughed.
"Hello everyone, you are all so nice and sweet, I am sure it will be a pleasure being your teacher" said Jennifer as she smiled.
"But let's get everything sorted first, can you all introduce yourselves, tell me your names and how old you are, starting with you dear" said Jennifer as she pointed at Clarita.
"My name is Clarita and I am turning 6 years old" said Clarita as she smiled.
"It's nice to meet you Clarita, and you dear?" asked Jennifer as she looked at Joy.
"My name is Joy, and I am also turning 6 years old" said Joy as she smiled.
"Nice to meet you Joy, and you dear?" asked Jennifer as she looked at Leon.
"My name is Leon and I am also turning 6" said Leon and Jennifer smiled at him as she looked at Prince.
"My name is Prince, and I am turning 6" said Prince as Jennifer smiled.
"You must be a true Prince then" said Jennifer with a smile.
"I am" said Prince as he smiled and Jennifer laughed as she continued on asking the other children their names.
