Chương 268: Shot me
"I am so worried for Natasha, I did not get to see her yesterday" said Tatiana as she looked at Kira, she looked very worried.
"Don't be Tatiana, I am sure that she Is fine, she should be here soon" said Kira as she assured Tatiana that Natasha was alright, it was still very early, and they were eating breakfast in the cafeteria.
"That's if she's actually fine" said Vicki as she smiled and she ate her oats, she was loving this, every second of this, finally that Natasha finally got what she truly deserved, she finally got punished, after being rescued for so long.
"Vicki" said Olga as she looked at Vicki and she shook her head.
"What?" asked Vicki with a smile.
"Don't say such Vicki" said Sofia as she shook her head.
"Why are you here anyway? Last time I checked, you decided to isolate yourself from the rest of us" said Kira as she wondered why Vicki was here in the first place, she had not come to eat with them in such a long time.
"Well I changed my mind" said Vicki as she was in a very good mood, before, she had been in a bad mood because of Natasha, but now that Natasha finally got what she deserved, she was back to being happy, in fact, she would have loved to see how Natasha was punished if she was allowed to, she was sure that if Romanoff punished her almost half of how she was punished, then Natasha would be tired and exhausted, and she would not come here at all.
"Do not mind her, she Is in a good mood just because Natasha got in trouble" said Sofia as she scoffed and Tatiana shook her head, she wondered what kind of person Vicki was, so horrible to rejoice at another person's downfall.
"Oh please, don't you dare blame me" said Vicki as she scoffed.
"I wasn't the one who told her not to just go and stand in line to get shot like we all did" said Vicki with a snicker.
"But her fear was only logical" said Kira.
"Fear my foot, we all did what we had to do, so she should have done the same" said Vicki.
"You do realize that it could have been either one of us that could have chickened out Vicki" said Rodion as he spoke up from the other table that he was on with the others.
"And it was not either one of us, it was her, and that is her problem" said Vicki as Rodion and the others just shook their heads, Vicki was just impossible.
"Good Morning everyone" said Natasha as she walked into the cafeteria.
"Good Morning Natasha" said Tatiana in relief as she rushed to Natasha as Vicki scoffed, she had expected for Natasha not to even dare come here at all, and yet here she was, oh what bad luck she had.
"Are you alright? Are you okay?" asked Tatiana as she looked at Natasha, as if inspecting her for any injuries.
"I am fine Tatiana" said Natasha as she laughed, the worried look on Tatiana's face made her laugh, she was so cute, she found it cute that she was worried for her.
"Are you sure?" asked Tatiana.
"Hey Tati, Natasha said that she Is alright, let her go already" said Sofia as Natasha laughed.
"Yes, I am fine Tatiana" said Natasha as she smiled.
"Okay" said Tatiana as she pulled Natasha's hand to come and sit beside her.
"You alright?" asked Kira as Natasha smiled and she nodded her head as Vicki scoffed internally, she had expected Natasha to not even dare come here to show her face, but here she was, and she did not even look like she had been roughed up, she look rather fine to Vicki and that annoyed her.
"Oh we were so worried last night when the commander dismissed us" said Tatiana.
"Yes, we were, so were you punished?" asked Olga carefully.
"Well yes, he did" said Natasha.
"What did he do?" asked Kira.
"He shot me twice in the chest" said Natasha as she shook her head.
"Ouch" said Sofia as Vicki was trying her best not to laugh, this was so funny, she was trying to avoid getting shot once, and instead, she got shot twice whether she liked it or not.
"Did it hurt?" asked Sofia.
"A lot, I was shot twice, and I wasn't even expecting it" said Natasha as she shook her head, she still could not believe that Romanoff would do that to her, all she remembered was him saying something about fear, and the next thing she knew, she heard the piercing sound of the gun being shot, not once, but twice, a great pain in her chest area followed after that as she was frozen in shock, at that moment, she did not believe that she had been shot, no, not at all, she thought that she was just dreaming.
"Oh the commander can be so harsh" said Tatiana as she sighed.
"Tell me about it" said Natasha as she scoffed.
"Anyway, enough about that, I am here aren't I" said Natasha as she did not want to think about that anymore, because Romanoff was acting so weird, and she was suspicious, one moment, he was so cold, and the next, he was behaving very strangely, but she did not want to talk about it anymore.
"Yes, yes you are, so what do you want for breakfast?" asked Tatiana as she smiled and Natasha smiled at her.
"Just be quick, we have to get to the shooting range early today" said Kira as Natasha nodded her head and Vicki just scoffed, she would have left, but she did not want to embarrass herself, it was not fair at all, Natasha was only shot and nothing more, while she was punished very mercilessly.
It was obvious that Romanoff had some sort of partiality for Natasha, she knew it.

"Good Morning everyone" said Romanoff as he walked into the training grounds.
"Good Morning Commander" said Everyone.
"I can see that after yesterday, you are all loyal and deserve to be here" said Romanoff.
"And to those who were unable to show their courage, they were dealt with accordingly" said Romanoff as he looked at Natasha in particular, since everyone already knew that she was who Romanoff was talking about.
"But regardless, what happened yesterday has passed already" said Romanoff.
"And now we move on" said Romanoff.
"Some of you still need to practice on your aim and the accuracy of your shots if we are going to move to real field scenarios" he said.
"But I know that for some people, this might be too early for them, which is why, I am going to give you all a week to practice and improve your skills before we move on to anything that could potentially cause you danger" said Romanoff.
"You all will be separated into teams once again, just so that you can practice" said Romanoff.
"Tatiana and Artem you both are together" said Romanoff.
"Nikolai and Sofia" said Romanoff.
"Alexi and Natasha, Andrei and Olga, Vicki, Kira and Rodion you three are together" said Romanoff as he was satisfied with his choice of teams, and he made sure to put Vicki very far away from Natasha, because quite frankly, he did not trust her at all, it was clear that she held a grudge against Natasha.
"In that order, pair up with your team mates, discuss what you can do to improve, help one another and watch each other, I give you all a week to improve, because we must all move on bigger, more important things" said Romanoff.
"I have stated what I want from you all, and I trust that you will carry it out, now, I will take my leave, I have somethings to take care of, I trust that you all will be responsible and use your time wisely" said Romanoff.
"Yes Commander" said all of them in a chorus as Romanoff did not waste any more time as he walked away.
"I guess that we are teammates now" said Tatiana as she looked at Artem and she smiled.
"I guess so" said Artem as he smiled at Tatiana.
Natasha sighed, she guessed that she would be with a new teammate now, it was a bit annoying.
"We are teammates" said Alexi as he walked to where Natasha was standing.
"Mhmm, I guess that we are" said Natasha as she smiled and Alexi just looked at her.
"So what are we going to work on?" asked Natasha as she had no idea of what they should do, last time that she was in a team Rodion already knew what to do, while Alexi did not look approachable at all.
"What do you think that we need to work on?" asked Alexi.
"I don't know" said Natasha as Alexi looked at her and she could tell that this was going to be something very hard to do, especially since the both of them were clueless on what they should do.
