Chương 125: Suspicious
"Phew, that was a close one, I cannot deal with all Grandfather's nagging right now" said Michael as he sighed as he looked at Charlie.
"Tell me about it" said Charlie as he sighed and he shook his head.
"I cannot believe that we just ran like little children just because of a man, who is not even here" said Michael as he laughed and he face-palmed himself.
"Just goes to show how much Grandfather has scared us" said Charlie as he laughed.
"More like scared you guys" came Nine's voice as he walked to where Michael and Charlie were hiding.
"Oh well I do not refute that, if there is one person that should never be angry at you, that would be Grandfather, also known at Ernest Benjiro White, the Patriarch of the White family, also known at the man who would call you every single day to check on you and trouble your life" said Charlie as he smiled.
"Oh just let him catch you saying such Charlie, and then you will have it" said Michael as he laughed.
"Well luckily he is not here, so he cannot hear me" said Charlie as he smiled.
"He's right there!!" said Michael as he pointed behind Charlie.
"What where??!" asked Charlie as he panicked and he was about to start running.
"Gosh calm down Charlie, I was just joking" said Michael as he started laughing.
"*Sigh*, Don't scare me like that, anything is possible when Grandfather is involved" said Charlie as he sighed and he shook his head.
"For all we know he could have been calling because he was right outside, and he wanted to scare us" said Charlie.
"I can believe that" said Michael as he laughed, but Charlie's fear was just too hilarious.
"I would be crazy not to be scared of Grandfather" said Charlie as he laughed.
"I do agree with you on that Charlie" said Michael.
"The only person Grandfather is ever always sweet to is Natasha" said Michael as he laughed.
"And even she is not sweet at all… not after what we saw her do yesterday" said Charlie as he shivered, he still could not believe what they saw Natasha do yesterday, it gave him chills, and in fact, he did not think that any one of them were safe in this house while Natasha was here, she could do anything.
"Don't remind me about that" said Nine as he shook his head, he agreed with Charlie one hundred percent.
"I am truly scared of her, if that is what she is truly capable of" said Charlie.
"Alright enough of that, I don't want to talk about Natasha anymore" said Michael as he sighed and he shook his head, he just as the rest of them had been thinking, and everything just did not make sense.
They all knew Natasha from when they were all children, and she was not capable of harming a fly, or an ant, or anything for that matter, not to even talk about the fact that she tortured a grown man and shot four men, that was something else entirely.
The question they were all asking themselves was when did she change? And how did they all not notice?
"Anyway, where did you go to early this morning?" asked Michael as he turned to look at Nine.
"Yes right, you woke up very early this morning, and you went out without telling us" said Charlie as he also turned to look at Nine.
"Where did you go?" asked Charlie suspiciously, it was unlike Nine to get up and not tell them where he was going, and apart for that, he was not one to drive early in the morning, so it was suspicious.
"I went nowhere in particular" said Nine as he shrugged Charlie off.
"You say nowhere where in fact you went somewhere, and where is that somewhere?" asked Charlie as he eyed Nine suspiciously, he was being too suspicious for his own good, did he have a secret lover that he did not want them to meet or what??
"It is not important, and that is why I did not tell you guys where I was going" said Nine as he replied coldly.
"Oh No Nine, you are not going to pull the cold retreat this time, you don't know how suspicious you sound and look right now" said Charlie as he shook his head.
"Just where did you go?" asked Charlie as he was not going to let Nine leave until he explained to them where in the world he went at 5am, which was not the time for any human being to get up and go driving to who knows where?
"And why do you need to know?" asked Nine coldly.
"You are not my father" said Nine sharply.
"And neither are you a teenager that can just leave the house anytime they deem fit" said Charlie.
"So open your small mouth and tell us where you went" said Charlie.
"Alright that's enough guys, break it up" said Michael as he stepped in, if he allowed them to continue like this, they would end up with broken bones.
"Charlie, be quiet, and don't speak anymore" said Michael as he looked at Charlie.
"And you Nine, enough of your sour attitude" said Michael as he turned to look at Nine.
"Charlie is right, you do sound and look suspicious, why don't you just tell us where you went?" asked Michael as he looked at Nine, he too was suspicious of Nine, why was he getting so worked up over where he had went?
"I went out" said Nine plainly.
"There was something I needed to take care of" said Nine.
"Which was?" asked Charlie as he looked at Nine.
"An important matter" said Nine.
"An important matter as in??" asked Charlie.
"The both of you quiet" said Michael as his phone rang and he picked it up.
"Hello" said Michael as he answered his call and Nine and Charlie went quiet as Charlie eyed Nine in suspicion.
"Yes, we are all here" said Michael as he looked at Charlie and Nine with a warning gaze, he did not want the two of them to start fighting… again.
"What is it?" asked Michael.
"Alright, we will see you soon then" said Michael as he ended the call.
"That was Dom, he's on his way here, and he wants to see the three of us" said Michael as he put his phone back in his pocket.
"What for?" asked Charlie as he looked at Michael.
"He did not say what for in particular" said Michael.
"But I am sure that it has something to do with Natasha" said Michael.
"Let's go and wait for him in his office" said Michael.
"Alright fine, but this conversation is not over yet Nine, you better start thinking of a valid excuse" said Charlie as he looked at Nine and he walked away.
"He really is angry this time, just tell us where you actually went" said Michael as he patted Nine on his back as he sighed and he walked away.
"*Sigh*, I wish I could" said Nine as he face-palmed himself and he sighed.

"Okay Alright Nat, enough, that is a gun not a play thing" said Pete as he took the gun away from Natasha as they walked to her car.
"Oh but it's mine Pete" said Natasha as she laughed and she got into her car.
"I really do regret ordering the guns before you came here, because the five day waiting period would have been better for you" said Pete as he shook his head.
"Yeah, yeah whatever" said Natasha as she scoffed at him.
"So where are you going to keep the gun?" asked Pete.
"You can't keep it at home, because anyone else, including Joy can find it and play with it" said Pete.
"Which is why I will keep the gun right here, in the glove compartment of my car" said Natasha as she took the gun from Pete as she smiled and she put it in the glove compartment of her car.
"Because anyone would be crazy to try to kill me in my home, where there are over twenty armed bodyguards" said Natasha as she laughed.
"Mhmm, tell me why that is so again?" asked Pete as he laughed.
"Well you know Grandfather can never rest at ease, which is why he has bodyguards all the time" said Natasha as she shook her head.
"I always thought that Grandfather of yours was always a very suspicious man" said Pete as he buckled his seatbelt.
"Well, he's been through a lot, so I can understand him" said Natasha as she buckled her own seatbelt.
"Look anyway, enough about that, I really am not in the best place with him right now" said Natasha as she sighed.
"How about we go eat an early lunch, because I skipped breakfast" said Natasha as she started her car and she laughed.
"Wow what a coincidence, I skipped breakfast as well" said Pete as he laughed.
"Well aren't we so alike now?" asked Natasha as she laughed.
"Oh I mean, we are very similar, you love guns, I love guns" said Natasha as she laughed.
"You lost me when you mentioned guns Nat" said Pete as he sighed and he face-palmed as Natasha laughed, she did that on purpose.
"You said that on purpose didn't you?" asked Pete as he laughed.
"Of course I did" said Natasha as she laughed happily.
