Apparently, requesting a private meeting with his father the day after a big fashion show was the fastest way to get his undivided attention.
Sean had expected to be squeezed into his father’s schedule some time during the week, but as soon as he asked over breakfast, Eric agreed to a meeting that afternoon in his office, even though it was Sunday.
He met Isaac outside the company building. Isaac had worn his nicest jeans and a clean white-button down shirt with the same suit jacket from the night before.
“Hey,” Isaac greeted, reaching up to peck Sean on the lips.
Sean smiled. He could get used to that greeting. “Hey, yourself.”
Isaac took his hand again. True to his word the night before, he’d only let go after Sean escorted him to the car, and even then, he jokingly tried to pull Sean in the car with him.
“Should I get used to being one-handed around you?” Sean asked, leading him inside.
“Yes.”
