Chương 17: New rules
"so tell me now,what exactly are you both fighting about" Charles asked sitting in his chair
Chris and Evan are standing infront of him
"he provoked me" Evan spoke
"In what way?"Chris asked angrily
"don't play dumb now"
"just shut up" Charles scolded angrily
"you said you are already in a punishment Chris do you want me to increase that?
and Evan i already warned you if i see you making any trouble for other students this time i won't give you a chance .."
"sorry sir" evan mumbled
will opened the door suddenly and entered inside and saw the two students
"what happened?"
"just a small fight" Charles replied
"for now leave them both i have work that you have to do" he said and walked inside his chamber which is connected to Charles room
"you can go but don't let me see you both making trouble again next time there will be no excuses" he said and both left the room
"this is all because of you" Evan shouted angrily
"don't blame your dumbness on me...the credit goes to your mother" Chris said and walked away from there
"that arrogant son of *****" Evan cursed angrily

Charles entered will room
"what work?" Charles asked walking towards will study table
"first tell me what are the rules presently being applicable in the school"
"1) everyone in the school is equal (magic and non magic users)
2) family status and money doesn't matter in the school
3) everyone should be living in the dorms
4) everyone should be wearing the school uniform
5) no one should be late to class ---"
"wait wait ...why are the rules so simple like being kept for a normal school ?
Charles did you forget that this is a special magic academy ? ...
not being late to class .

these are all normal things
I will add some new rules wrote it down and later circulate to the classes" will said and started thinking

2)no status in the school
3) and everyone should stay in dorms ..

let us assign credits to the grades according to their behaviour and these credits should be mandatory
if they have less credits they should repeat the year
and for every rule they cross
2 points will be deducted
now coming to the rules
4) everyone should go through the magic test through the magic ball and later the classes will be assigned according to that
5) no bullying in schools ...its the most important thing ..
if i see anyone being bullied...that will be last day for the opposite person in this school
he/she will get kicked out
6) everyone must and should be in any club
of they want they can create new clubs with minimum 3 members
and all the necessary activities should be taken care of them
7) no using violence in the school
8) physical and magic fights should be avoided
9) unnecessary usage of magic will lead to a large punishment
10) the non magic user should go through the same training as the magic user ..
let them try their best in whatever they do
11) a teacher should always be in a classroom in other words the classes should not be left alone for the students
12) every Saturday there will be a special training from the chairman itself and no one should miss it
If i see anyone crossing their boundaries the punishments will not be as simple as they think "
"okay i will tell to send the curriculum to every class" Charles said and stood up with the paper of rules in his hand
"finish the rest of the work I want to sleep now" will said and took his coat off
"wait ...why should I do your work ..my youth will be dead in this school ...i thought finally I am free as you became the chairman" Charles pouted
"firstly you are not youth ..that is long gone and secondly ..i will do work of you tell me what I have to do but complicated documents should be handled by you only" he said lying on the couch
"you know i have a wife and child---
"yeah yeah ..i know now get out of here" will said and slowly drifted to sleep as Charles left the room

Few days passed as the new rules got officially implemented in the school
"and that's what the new rules is about" Walt read the curriculum out loud to the students
"sir" a student raised his hand
"yes"
"sir, if 2 points will be deducted for every rule breaking ..then how much will they actually provide in the first place"
"each person will get 50 credits and every mistake 2 will be deducted and for every good marks and improvement you will be given 3 credits ..
At the final semester you should maintain atleast 50 which is already given to you ..
even one credit less you will be repeating the year"
Amber is so lost in thought and zia observed that ..
"sir another question"

"about the special training on Saturday specially by chairman ..what is it about?" he asked being terrified ..
"new chairman will is the powerful magic user in the whole area ...he is the best in improving physical and magic strength ..
even though you feel like dying in his training ..
once you pass that phase you will get stronger ...and also i was told that the chairman will add an exam according to his training period ..so be careful to not skip it"
everyone nodded their heads ..
Zia poked at Amber with her finger and showed her the book
"are you okay?" she asked and Amber nodded her head and remained calm again ..
her face got swollen a little and her lip is bleeding slightly ..
"enough of this" she mumbled and stood up
"sir, can I go out for a minute" she asked and Walt nodded his head ..
Amber straightly walked to the chairmans office ..
she knocked on the door
"come in" Charles responded
"good morning sir"
"Amber? ..what are you doing here during class time ..and what happened to your face ?" he asked concernedly
"I have to give a complaint"
"on whom?"
"Chris...,Chris slapped me in the corridor ..and there are many witness too ...
according to the rules you should not use violence in school so i came to complain" she said with straight face and sharp looking eyes
"okay i will talk to him"
"Chris is requested to come to the chairmans office now" he announced on the speaker
"what again" Chris mumbled getting irritated and walked out of the classroom
Chris knocked on the door before entering Charles room
he saw Amber standing there ..
"I received a complaint about you that you slapped amber.Do you have any explanation regarding that" he asked angrily
"she provoked me" he said angrily
"then you choose violence against a girl?" will spoke suddenly standing near the door entrence
"so you will remain silent if someone is provoking you ?" Chris responded back
"maybe" he said slowly walking inside ..
"whatever it is you broke the rule and you get the punishment ...
wait in the class i will be coming to you soon" will said with a smile ..
Amber smiled at chris while leaving the room
