Same day, At night...
General Lucas stood at the forefront of his battle-hardened army, his eyes focused on the approaching demonic horde. They had come prepared, knowing the strength and resilience of their foes, but Lucas and his soldiers were unyielding in their determination to protect Aeloria.
The night was shrouded in darkness, the moon hidden behind a thick layer of clouds. The air was thick with tension as the demons emerged from the shadows, their eyes gleaming with malevolence. Lucas's heart pounded with a mixture of fear and adrenaline, but he couldn't afford to let doubt creep in.
"Steady, soldiers!" he shouted, his voice carrying a note of unwavering resolve. "For Delvis ".
a thunderous roar, the demons charged forth, their grotesque forms surging like a nightmarish tide. Lucas's soldiers met them head-on, the clash of steel against demon flesh echoing through the night with the fierce intensity of slash! swing!
Lucas himself was a whirlwind of fury, his sword moving with a deadly grace. He cut down demons left and right, his blade singing a deadly melody in the midst of chaos. The battle was fierce, and the demons, with their thick, impenetrable skin, proved to be formidable foes.
But Lucas and his soldiers fought with unmatched bravery and guts. They had faced adversity before, and they knew that the fate of Aeloria hung in the balance. The night was filled with the sounds of war - the clash of swords, the cries of soldiers, and the thunderous boom! of magic.
Amidst the melee, the mages unleashed their powerful spells, creating explosions of fire and lightning that illuminated the battlefield. The demons screeched and writhed in agony as the magic tore through their ranks.
But the demons were relentless, their sheer numbers pushing the limits of Lucas's army. For every demon that fell, it seemed two more took their place. The night was a blur of relentless combat, and the ground was slick with the blood of the fallen.
Lucas shouted orders to his soldiers, urging them to hold the line. They couldn't afford to waver, not now. Aeloria depended on their bravery and determination.
As the battle raged on, exhaustion began to wear down even the most valiant hearts. Lucas's armor felt like a leaden weight, and every swing of his sword was a struggle. But he couldn't give in. He had to lead his soldiers to victory.
And then, in the midst of the chaos, a surge of determination coursed through Lucas. He rallied his troops with a fierce cry, "For Aeloria! We will not yield!"
His soldiers fought with renewed vigor, a desperate final push. The demons, taken aback by this sudden resurgence, faltered for a moment. It was a brief respite, but it was enough.
The mages unleashed their most devastating spells, and the soldiers struck with all their might. The night was filled with blinding flashes of magic and a cacophony of booms and baams! as the demons were pushed back.
As the last demon fell, a deathly silence settled over the battlefield. Lucas looked around at his battered, exhausted soldiers, their faces etched with a mixture of relief and grief. The ground was littered with the fallen, a haunting reminder of their sacrifice.
Lucas knelt beside a fallen comrade, his heart heavy with sorrow. He whispered a solemn prayer for the souls of the departed, a promise to remember their bravery and honour their sacrifice.
The first light of dawn began to paint the sky with hues of orange and pink. Lucas and his surviving soldiers knew that they had won a costly victory, but the true source of the demonic invasion still eluded them.
As they tended to their wounded and prepared to make their way back to the safety of Delvris, Lucas vowed to uncover the secrets of the demons and ensure that their sacrifices had not been in vain. The road ahead was uncertain, and the darkness still loomed, but their resolve remained unbroken. They would press on, for Aeloria and for the fallen heroes who had given their all.
To protect their world Aeloria and their Kingdom, Lucas Vows to know the reason demon appeared and other, demon were mention on legends and Myths but it was first time facing them.
Even with powerful weapon and durable armors created by the help of lady astra, They still won a Narrow victory...
