Aldus breathed heaven as he dashed through the forest, his eyes firmly locked on the two cloaked people chasing behind him. For a past while minutes, he had been attacking and retreating. He planned to exhaust these two before finishing them off. But this plan was proving difficult because of the beasts that were chasing after them.

The two cloaked people of the ministry would always try to drag him deeper into the middle of the beasts whenever they had a clash, making him defend against the attacks from the two of them and also the beasts at the same time. Thankfully, they were still a few days away from the inner city and the beasts around this area were only servant-level beasts and guard-level beasts.

"Damnit! Leaves me with no choice then" Aldus caused and stopped running suddenly. He turned around and opened his arms wide.

A blinding gold light formed a meter-wide ring in front of his body, facing the two cloaked people and the incoming beasts.
