The second chapter! Take it! I'll release the other two later this afternoon, so be ready (:
===============================
Quinn was puzzled. After returning the Magikarp to the river, he walked back to the dormitory with Cramorant. Before heading off for his lesson, he told Cramorant, "Don't bring anything home in the future."
Today onward is different! He successfully found a job- although he has not yet been paid his salary, he will no longer be as hungry as before!
"Gah?" Cramorant's reaction showed that it obviously couldn't understand Quinn.
Seeing this again, Quinn sighed helplessly.
'Sure enough, it still doesn't work.' he thought.
This world is not without dumb Pokémon, such as Slowbro and Psyduck. It's just different from Cramorant. No matter how dumb they may look, they can still understand humans.
Although Cramorant was only data in a game before, now it's alive- flesh and blood!
'Then why don't you understand the human language?' Quinn thought a little confused.
He thought of the several options of his cheat that he lost when he crossed. Could it be that Cramorant, like his cheat, had a problem when crossing- losing something? Thinking of this, Quinn touched the remaining money in his pocket- only 330 Pokédollars were left. He didn't know if it was enough to go to the Pokémon center for an examination.
It's not that he doesn't believe in the information given by his cheat, but that he doesn't want to let go of any possibility when looking for the problem. As a companion who came with him, Quinn didn't want to see Cramorant go on like this.
So, after eating lunch, he took Cramorant to the Pokémon center in town.
"Well, I would like to ask, how much does it cost to do a physical examination for a Pokémon?" Quinn asked the Miss Joy.
Miss Joy's voice sounded very gentle, saying, "200 Pokédollars."
Quinn breathed a sigh of relief. If there wasn't enough, he can only sell the two precious pokéballs on his body.
"Please do a full-body examination for him." Quinn handed Cramorant over to Miss Joy.
"Okay, please wait just a moment." Chansey walked over with a trolley, and Miss Joy put Cramorant on it. Chansey then turned and walked into the a nearby examination room. The door of the treatment room slowly closed, and Quinn was going to sit outside and wait for a bit, but before he could sit down, he heard Miss Joy's yell from inside the examination room.
Immediately afterwards, the door was flung open, and Cramorant flew out with flapping wings. Although his face was still dopey, Quinn saw a trace of panic in it's eyes. Although Quinn was startled, he still subconsciously reached out and caught Cramorant.
"I'm very sorry." Miss Joy came over with a red face. She was familiar with this situation and said, "You may need to accompany him for the examination.
Quinn naturally had no problem with this. He carried Cramorant into the examination room, and accompanied him for the inspection. Not long after the inspection was done, the results came. Miss Joy looked at the message displayed on the screen and said, "Your Pokémon is in very good health and is not sick."
'Very good health...' Thought Quinn even more confused. But he still maintained his rationality. After thanking Miss Joy, he returned to the school with Cramorant in tow.
'There's no problem with his body, and he's not sick... I don't know what else could be wrong.' He thought worriedly.
He can only choose to take Cramorant with him while teaching his courses.
One week later, the school officially opened. Quinn also officially started his career as a teacher- and because he is a newcomer, the school only arranged two classes for him.
Quinn originally thought that this elementary school was similar to the elementary school of his previous world, but after he experienced it firsthand, he knew that this wasn't an elementary school, it was clearly a kindergarten!
Although I've never been a teacher, I still have my common sense! In the first class, Quinn did not lose the class at all, and held their interest the whole time. After finishing the class perfectly, he packed up his things and went on to his next class.
As soon as he walked to the podium, he noticed a young girl wearing a red headscarf, dark blue shorts and a red T-shirt below.
'Isn't that May?'
May, one of the heroines of the anime and the rival in the games Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald.
Thinking about it carefully, it is expected to see her here, because she is also the daughter of Norman, the owner of the Petalburg City Gym. Quinn wasn't too surprised. First, he introduced himself and Cramorant, and then started chatting with the children about what he wanted to do in the future.
In the first class, he was going to familiarize himself with all of the kids. If nothing happens, he will have to work here for a long time. So after this class, all the students in the school knew that Rustboro Elementary School had a teacher who was about the same age as them!

"..."
"You're pretty popular, huh!" said Maya.
After some time, Maya and Nishida just started joking with him like this. They went to watch Quinn's class and found that the Pokémon ecology he talked about was very active and interesting, and even they couldn't help but want to keep listening.
"Did you use any tricks?" Nishida asked curiously.
"Maybe it's just natural talent!" Quinn replied, a bit proud of himself.
In the past half month, he has met a lot of people and got to know a lot of people.
Take Nishida, who is also a teacher. They gradually got acquainted with each other. Both Maya and Nishida are enthusiastic, cheerful, and notoriously informal.
Hearing this, Nishida just jokingly waved around his fists, "I think you're lying!"
"You're grown up? You're acting like a kid." Quinn said, looking at him strangely.
Getting along with kids a lot, his mentality can't help but become a bit younger.
"Smelly kid!" Nishida rushed forward, and the two started fighting.
(E/N -- I envision one of the fights you see where it's like a dust ball... you know, Tom and Jerry stuff.)
Maya smiled happily on the sidelines. The people in the school have warmly welcomed Quinn. At first, some teachers who did not participate in the test expressed doubts about his ability to teach, but after they read the class records of Quinn, they quickly got rid of those doubts. In addition, he has a tragic past of the death of both parents, so during both his ups and downs they love him and sympathize with him.
The teacher in the same office as him would put some milk and snacks on his place, the aunt who cleans would enthusiastically ask him if he had any trash to throw away, and the aunt who works the lunch line would pile all the delicious food into his bowl.
Quinn had never been treated like this. He said at the beginning that he didn't need such special treatment, but he was just greeted with more kindness. He was a little moved but also embarrassed.
He can't tell his true origins, so he can only keep the kindness in his heart and return it when he becomes rich in the future.
Being poor as he is, he doesn't worry about catching Pokémon or battling. Before, in order to find a way to make money, he found Maya and asked her if someone initiated a Pokémon battle, would the loser have to pay money? The cheerful and enthusiastic Maya just said, "Of course not, you're a teacher, what weird things are you thinking about?
Quinn was really disappointed. He originally hoped that he would earn some milk powder money using Cramorant from some young insect catchers. Speaking of Cramorant- during this period it still did not give up giving Quinn what it brought back from the outside.
Sometimes it is a fish, sometimes it is a tree fruit, sometimes it is an unfortunate Magikarp or Feebas. When he first saw the Feebas, Quinn originally wanted to keep it. After all, the evolution of Feebas is the rare Milotic.
Unfortunately, he has no extra money to buy a fish tank- or take care of the Feebas. So he can only give up this idea and wait until he gets paid for the first month of teaching. Quinn didn't think about catching any new Pokémon, but if he caught one now, he could only choose one from Magikarp, Feebas, or Oddish.
Grass Pokémon can have the ability photosynthesis, so he wouldn't need to invest too many resources in the early stage... While the Magikarp and the Feebas are good because of their tenacious vitality, they're easy to feed, and have high potential in their evolutionary form.
Hope you all enjoyed, if you have any extra stones let me know! I'll take em' off your hands! Other than that, have a wonderful day and let me know if you notice anything off with the chapter!
