Chương 17: Reunion
I opened my eyes and noticed I was in a room. I looked to my side and noticed Tsuna sleeping next to me, cuddled against me. I rubbed her hair and smiled at her. I hadn't seen her since the week after I destroyed Manami's Kingdom. She's still the same after all this time, arrogant and confident like me. We always competed with one another years back and we were always trying to one up each other. Everything was so peaceful back then when she approached me, she gave me hope again on that day...then she left.
Tsuna opened her eyes a bit then looked up at me. She smiled and held my cheek in her hand. "I guess we should get those marriage papers ready huh..?"
"And good morning to you too." I chuckled and placed my forehead on hers.
She smiled and closed her eyes then kissed me. I kissed back and she got on top of me then pulled back. I looked at her and held her hips.
"Should we finish what we started back in Yesha, as an early celebration..?~" Tsuna smirked and began to untie her robe.
"Before the marriage? Heh...you were always the wild one between us.." I said then put her on her back then placed my hand on the pillow beside her head. "Even though it is very tempting to have sex with you right now, I am a man of culture. We can do this...on our wedding night."
Tsuna smiled at me and chuckled. "You were always the cultured one between us two..."
I smiled and got off her then got off the bed. I looked around and noticed my bag in the counter of the room. "I guess we are staying in the same room. Nebula and Rivule probably did this."
"What, you don't want to sleep with me anymore?" Tsuna asked and sat up on her elbows. "I'm heartbroken.."
I chuckled and looked back. "I never said I didn't want to sleep with you. This isn't the first time we've slept together."
"Yeah and isn't the first time we've had sex either. I guess your morals have changed huh..?~" Tsuna smirked.
I walked to Tsuna and stroked her hair. She smiled and looked into my eyes. "I just find it better to leave you waiting and wanting..~ You know your body is different from other women, 90% of your body is water so we can go for hours without getting sore, but...I'd rather keep you in anticipation.."
"Or maybe you just aren't as good in bed anymore like you were when your was 19." Tsuna smirked.
"Pfft...I've still got it. Just as Queen Azusa. She can tell you." I chuckled and pushed her head away with my finger then walked over to my bag.
"By the gods, it feels like we were never apart." Tsuna smiled and laid on her bed, looking at the ceiling. "We've got to celebrate our reunion after what...five years?"
"Five years, babe." I said as I was getting new clothes from my bad. "Alright I'm gonna get ready for the day, see you when I see you."
"Mhm." Tsuna smiled as she watched me go into the bathroom.
Five years...We have been apart for five years and finally reunited. We used to date five years ago and even had sex on multiple occasions during our dating period. She left Yesha for an unknown reason, but I didn't bother to ask why since it was no longer important to me.
I finished getting ready and walked out of the bathroom in new clothes and noticed Tsuna getting dressed for the day as well. I had my old clothes folded and snapped my fingers and they turned into magic particles. Tsuna looked at me through the mirror as I hugged her from behind.
"Missed me already?" Tsuna smiled.
"As if." I chuckled.
"We've got a lot to catch up on. I'll introduce you to my people later today, I'm sure they will be ecstatic to meet you." Tsuna smiled.
I nodded and kissed her cheek then let her go. She finished getting ready and walked out the room with me. We walked towards the dining room and we sat down as the maids and butlers served us.
"So tell me, why are you in Uthea?" Tsuna asked.
"Well I heard of this legend that whoever conquers the 20 Kingdoms will be able to meet a Goddess who watches over Uthea. I am hoping to meet the Goddess of Wishes. I want to revive my bloodline and bless them with the help of a Goddess." I said.
"And how are you going to revive your bloodline exactly?" Tsuna asked.
"Oh you know how." I smiled at her.
"Yeah..." Tsuna blushed and smiled as she ate her food.
I chuckled lightly and ate my food. I sighed and closed my eyes. "You know, the southern parts of Uthea only consist of Four Kingdoms, Athirus, Pyroc, Rivule, and Therris. Volta isn't considered to be in the southern parts. It's considered to be in Central Uthea along with kingdoms like Ezusha and Selum. A bit strange but then again Yesha was very confusing as well even for me."
Tsuna nodded and smiled. "It is said that a ruler from another continent helped build Uthea, there are some similar things about this land compared to her land. Only differences are we have Legendary Beasts and Spirits in our land while hers are strictly well trained fighters. Oh yeah, do you wanna know what I've been doing got the past five years?"
"Other than ruling a kingdom and whatnot?" I asked.
"Yeah." Tsuna nodded.
"What have you been doing?" I asked.
"I went to the woman's land. It's named...uhm...Genten I think and there I went to the Kingdom of Mizu. There was a Warlord named Motochika and his skills with his shamisen stunned me. I had to learn from him and he taught me. He's like a brother to me now, but even though I wish to visit him again, I have kingdom to look out for. He also taught me some cool water techniques as well." Tsuna smiled.
"Interesting. Maybe you can teach me some of your skills?" I asked.
"I don't mind at all, my Emperor." Tsuna smiled.
We finished our breakfast and the maids and butlers began to clean up. Tsuna led me outside and we chatted while we walked together about old memories we used to do as dumb teenagers. Once we reached outside I noticed Nebula walking around on the water.
"She's learned to walk on water. Only few actually master this skill if you aren't a natural water user. Must've learned it from Rivule." Tsuna said as she looked around for her partner. "Rivule!"
Rivule let out a roar and emerged from the water then turned into her companion form. She flew over to Tsuna then looked at us. I smiled at her and she flew around me sensing my Crest of Blaze.
"Oh? You have the Crest of Blaze?" Tsuna asked.
"It was a wedding gift from Claire in Pyroc." I said and looked at my Crest of Arcane.
Rivule looked at my Crest and her eyes shined. I watched Rivule and smiled.
"She's wondering if you can summon Pyroc." Tsuna said.
"Nope. I only have her abilities and whatnot. Pyroc is only linked to Claire. Speaking of links, are there more than one beast in each kingdom?" I asked.
"Every kingdom had at least one Beast, Rare Beast, Mythical/Sacred Beast, and only one Legendary Beast." Tsuna explained. "Why you want to Link with some of the beasts around here?"
"I'm taking you with me to find some Beasts we can link with. I know some Legendary Beasts are off limits because I don't meet certain requirements. Galvan is one of those Legendary Beasts I can't meet if I don't have the Crests of Blaze, Plants, and Waves. Oh yeah before I forget. We need to talk about Alastor.." I said.
"Fuck...that guy.." Tsuna rolled her eyes. "What is he up to now? Is he still trying to get your Crest?"
"Yeah. You are one of the only ones who know him other than me, I need to figure out his plans because I'm starting to see a pattern. None of the other men are targeting the kingdoms anymore from what I see. They are trying to stop me. Do you know any of his weaknesses?" I asked.
"Yeah he has one I know of. He can't handle the Light Element too well. I've noticed he only strikes when it's not daytime. Maybe sometimes during the sunset or purely at night so it's safe to say he also can't handle Solar Magic. The only way to obtain Solar Manipulation is through the Goddess of Eternal Flames. She is one of the Goddesses who can appear at the Goddess Temple at the City of Xezar." Tsuna said.
"City? What City?" I asked.
"The City of Xezar is where the Empress lies. If you truly want to conquer Uthea, you need to beat the Empress. She's a master at the Royal Uthean Stance. She has maybe...Five Crests all blessed to her by the Goddesses. She's at the top for a reason." Tsuna explained.
"I see..." I said then pet Rivule. "What Mythical Beast can I meet here?"
"Heh...I am glad you asked, my love." Tsuna smirked. "Follow me."
