After Harry throws Fudge and Umbridge out of the castle, there is a huge uproar in the Wizengamot. Umbridge charges Harry for the disrespect, he shows towards the minister which is completely shut down when it is raised as no one on the light and grey sides are interested in this matter and they like his action.
Contrary to the light and grey side, some of the dark side members who are supporters of Voldemort tried to support her and vote in favor to punish Harry Potter but they are outvoted by the other side which says that Harry should not be punished.
Umbridge grew angrier after she is unable to punish Harry and started thinking of a way to hurt him. She first started this by proposing the law to ban werewolves from the common places and shifted them to isolated land and if they don't follow the order, Auror are allowed to execute them.
When this bill is presented, the wizards present at the Wizengamot meeting are surprised as it means, taking their rights as human beings and considering them as beasts. It is completely shut down when it comes to voting before starting the voting process, Sirius said that if they take their basic rights as humans from them then the people present in the meeting are in more danger.
Everyone was wondering what he means by that and as they are unable to get find out the reason, someone asked him why it is that.
"What if they target you and were able to convert you into one of them, then what do you think is going to happen to you? You are also going to be treated like a beast and leave the basic right as a human and as a member of Wizengamot, it is we who are more in danger to get attacked because of the bill passed which can ruin their life."
And when the voting started, a third of the member present their vote in negatively. Some of the death eaters also opposed the idea, for fear of getting attacked and turning into one.
After her plan was failed by the member of Wizengamot, she started thinking about someone other she can hurt easily. She then found Nymphadora Tonks, daughter of Andromeda Tonks who is a proxy of the Potter family. As Nymphadora is a training Auror she can get her hand on her easily and she can torture her to satisfy her anger.
That's what she thought before but her plans once again fail, as Nymphadora Tonks is protected by the head of DMLE Amelia Bones.
When she demanded Nympadora to come to her office to work, she got a letter from Amelia saying that 'she can't have Nymphadora as she is busy with other work. She can send her someone to replace Tonks."

Harry learned about Umbridge is trying to hurt him and as she is unable to do it, she is targeting his family and friend. He is very angry when he hears this from Sirius, at that time he just wants to blast her head off of her shoulder but is stopped by Hermione and Daphne as he is not going to get anything from this.
"If you want to take revenge on her, do it when she is least expecting it."
After that, with Daphne, Hermione, Susan, and Luna he started to make plans to take revenge on her.
Luna suggested finding the crime she committed and hiding them as she use her influence as a minister's secretary.
Everyone liked that idea, as they hoped that she committed enough crime to put her away from their life. But they required help from someone who has to have enough power and influence to get the information without her finding out about it.
They started thinking about the possible people who can do this job until they come to one person, Mr. Greengrass. As the Greengrass family is not a supporter of any faction, they are less likely to get caught while finding the information. The partnership or alliance between the Potter-Greengrass is a big secret that they kept so it does not affect their business.
After deciding that it is a good idea to choose Mr. Greegrass to do this job, Daphne writes a letter to her father asking him to do this job with them.
It takes less than a day for a reply to come and it is positive. Mr. Greengrass is happy to help them to remove Umbridge from the Wizengamot. Harry is happy after hearing that Mr. Greengrass is going to do this.
"Now, we just hope that we get the evidence of what we are looking for."
