Chương 19: Ch 17 - Rules
"Oh god its finally finish, I thought it would take a bit longer but fwooh, I finally know the rules of the system in regards to time and space" muttered by Rintarou as he finally finishes his experiments with the system.
'So I can't exactly bring back skills with time travel but like muscle memory, I could easily recover them and the more I relearn them with more time travel, the faster I would reach that skill's past rank. I will also lose my levels and class when time travelling, but with time travelling with my present body, I would retain all of that progress' thought by Rintarou as he opened his status.

'The powers on the other hand is more complex, its also like muscle memory, I can train lets say Ice control, I could bring back the control because its control once I gain back the power, but its strength would have to be train back up again. Good thing I manage to find a solution, my own Superpower Storage, I can store the power at its peak strength and bring it to whatever timeline I want and not needing to do convoluted stuff to bring back certain powers' thought by Rintarou as he look at the hole in space that appeared in front of him containing mysterious objects of power.
"Guwah, finally, I can stay in the present and don't need to experiment for a while" muttered by Rintarou as he yawned and turn off his space bubble and sat on the couch besides Ren.
"So Ren, do you want to know a secret?" said by Rintarou as Ren got startled but calmed down once he saw him.
"Sure" said by Ren.
"With my super speed, you know I could jack you off without you knowing it right?" said by Rintarou as Ren's eyes bulge.
"W- wh- what are you saying? You wouldn't do that right?" said by Ren as he started to fear for his purity.
"Look at your pants" said by Rintarou as Ren saw sticky white liquid on his pants.
"Wh- what!? Oh my god I'm gonna faint" said by Ren as he felt lightheaded and was about to go unconscious from shock.
"Just kidding, its just glue ahahaha!" guffawed by Rintarou as he took out a bottle of glue from his pocket and showed it to Ren.
"Fwooh, I thought you really did it" sighed by Ren in relief.
"Look again" said by Rintarou as Ren saw his pants now cleaned.
"Oh, thank you fo- how did my pants change?" said by Ren in confusion but Rintarou already vanish.
"Hah, I need a good break from that. But nghh, I should start a new plan for this run, so what do I want to do in this run with a system? And also the almighty power I got from the incident? The world order will drastically change from what I see with the emergence of this superpowers but it seems like some didn't gain them, so probably disrcimination would be rampant. Do I become the messiah or something and take all the powers for my own? Or do I give powers to the powerless? Or just get a weak class and become God? Or just do random stuff I find interesting? Meh, lets just see how life will go" muttered by Rintarou as he took out his phone to see the news.
"Damn, the internet here is so fast, maybe... I should go find a technology power and make an IVRMMORPG, a man can only dream, but a God can do whatever they want. Enough about that, it has already been 10 minutes so the government should have already seen what happened" muttered by Rintarou as he opened Chroma and look at the news.
"Superpowers at New Year!?, Are Aliens Real!?, what the fuck? Lets look at the global news" muttered by Rintarou as he saw countless articles about the powers that appeared.
"So, the superpowers appeared the exact time it was New Year at GMT+ 9 timezone, yeap, another point to my hypothesis why powers appeared. The United Nations made a schedule to discuss the appearance of this sudden powers and plan to make new International Laws that will apply to all countries, that's smart. And also a plan to give funding on studying this powers was made, another smart move, but they will probably never see the "power" that I can extract and interact with. What about school? Maybe brain washing will happen to use your gift for the greater good, maybe Heroes and Villains will appear, or the world will go to Anarchy? Or dungeons or rifts will appear? Its not that ridiculous so maybe, sigh, my plans for this run went out of the window, but I can still be a metuber and become the Internet's God. Fuck it, I'm going to be a Metuber!" muttered by Rintarou as he decided to be a metuber.
"Or probably a twatch streamer, or maybe even a farmer and train my farming skills" muttered by Rintarou.
"Or maybe... delve into the dreaded path of Tick Tock, nope!" said by Rintarou as he sat on a random couch and look around.
His uncle then suddenly went to the middle as a spotlight flash towards him while taking a microphone.
"Mic test mic test, so as everyone can currently see, this... superpowers? Appeared and because I am responsible, the plans for the party is stopped and for your own safety, you should go back to your homes" said by his uncle as everyone agreed and pack up their stuff.
His uncle then went to his father as they discuss about something and after a while, saw his father beckoning him.
"So me and your uncle here decided that we will stay here for now until Sunday because its safer here, and we will also stay here with the young lady over there" said by his father as he pointed at the young mistress he talk with who look around with surprise eyes as balls of fire, water, air, earth and lighting surrounded her.
"Okay" said by Rintarou as he went to Hansoo and his mother to tell his father's plan.
Rintarou then went back to a random couch and sighed.
'Sigh, the stress is harsh right now, but ey, I can stay here for two days. But with the young mistress, I don't even know her name, lets just search it up, daughter of Akira Fujiwara... oh, so it really was her, but it seems like her privacy is really well hidden, it seems like this is her when she was around 13, so her name is Alicia Fujiwara, oh, nope, don't remember anything about her' thought by Rintarou as he finally knew her name.
'Where the fuck is even her father? Maybe he was late and then the power shit happened? I guess she will stay here for a while until mr. Akira calls her, so I guess this will be awkward' thought by Rintarou as he close his eyes and calmed down but felt a presence approaching him and saw...
AN: It took me around 10 minutes for their names, names are fucking hard that I almost always have a headache when making them.
