Liu Bang had been aware of this but had chosen to attend anyway. Nowadays, used an elaborate deception where a malicious intent is concealed beneath a good gesture.
(2) A thief crying 'stop thief!': An idiom meaning to cover up one's misdeeds by blaming another.
