Chương 74: Wizard tower.

After sending off the Spec-ops, he gets up. "What is the information regarding the Battalion sent to Lothair Ali?". The assistant hands the report, "hmm, so they arrived and the pressure on Lothair Ali Lessened immensely.".

He nods. "The Power projection from us should hold them back a decent bit of influence, showing them I will not idle by even during weakened components. How far out is the Zenith's military exercise?"

"3 months, Lord Octavius. I recommend attending, are Kingdom's rank decreased by one because we ignored the last 2 because of the decay of war." Octavius sighs. "I know, so how far along is the manor to completion?".

"Its construction is complete. However, the enchantments and protection spell and the defensive system are incomplete," Octavius nods "that understandable giving engineers of the middle age to make a static Artillery battery isn't easy, especially a howitzer."

He "HAHA." Rubbing a tear from his eye, "I mean, a cannon that practically points straight up doesn't seem very efficient," he smirks, "I'll handle the enchantments and spells." He leaves the manor, glancing at it.

A slight angular wall deflecting light off it, "that kind of Angular design should change Projectiles path, even if just slightly,". He looks at the window patterns, "so they are simple squares spread out with about 2 windows between them along the long top segment of the walls"

The roof, a simple Triangular shape running sideways along the side the top angle up touching the tree 'cease' the tree stops growing instead only moving up as branch move off impaling themselves in the ground large semicircular roots stop.

He glances at the sewing factory and Forge, his expression shifting to neutral. "Get several construction squads, about 6 splits into 3 groups to begin construction of the forge and sewing facility".

The Spec-ops nods, walking away he heads out back "wizard's tower should work I can complete the archive by creating skills with the experience generated from them after forming" he nods walking to the very back of the plateau. Looking at the area, he nods.

"This area is pretty much perfect for the Wizard tower" he takes it out of the inventory the tall stone structure half as tall as the tree in the middle the fairly plain design covered in runic magic SIGILL spread out in arrays of intersecting SIGIL forming Vast Circular arrays.

Walking into the tower, he sees the lobby and registration zone. Containing a registry table with a backroom entrance, the fairly large circle structure having Spatial compressions spells the stair spiral up at either side.

Walking up to the second floor he looks around "so this is the chemist floor I guess it the least important" glancing at the flash and other alchemist materials "I suppose they store the materials on the bottom floor behind the reception they probably have lifters for it as well".

Proceeding up the stairs, yet again he comes across a floor filled with hallways and doors, he opens 1 revealing a fairly Large room "there are something like 1000 doors here, I wonder if they're intersections that lead to more".

He sighs, "they're also belts to move down the hallway, though I suppose they can just teleport around the tower to areas they have permission for their gotta be a system like that." He teleported to the 3rd floor.

Glancing around at the many vats Containing a pale white transparent liquid bubbling slightly connect to tube at the top and bottom "Biological Experimentation branch guess this is where they make Chimera's".

He walks up to the next level, a single pair of stairs going up turning halfway through walking up the stairs out of the metallic sterile area of the Biological branch he enters the next floor looking around shelves of books everywhere as heavily Enhanced books stack on the shelves.

Having magic to prevent decay on them the air and microorganism avoiding the books like the plague as an airtight magic shield holds around it veiled directly to the books the shelves having self organizing Magic.

"So this is the reason the outside of this segment was covered in double the defensive spells of the other floors because it's the library" he glances at the hardwood floors "so the floor under this is the sterile biolab why the hell is it wood here then again that entire room was just metallic in appearance".

Looking for the stairs he finds them before heading towards them walking up the 1 of the now duel stair sets again he enters a level of hardened stone bricks "now this make no sense, I wonder how it will look activated.

He calmly walks up to the next floor "hmm" glancing around he sees a massive Icosahedron Device floating atop an open circle the odd metal construct spinning constantly he looks at it "so this must be the core".

He walks towards it. The Dice projecting force towards him to keep him back as a trial, ignoring it completely he continues forward, the pressure getting heavier and heavier. Pushing down on him, he continues forward,

Placing his hand on it, the Icosahedron vibrates insistently, lines of a red run through each corner. Octavius moves back the shape separates into smaller parts spinning up it continues around shifting.

From vertical to horizontal lying flat it Disperses turning to particles the enhancements and protections spell activating as the defensive spell circles light up from the inside out a low Humming buzzes out,

particles form a shield around the structure the top lighting up as a ball of magic appears forming before bursting into a beacon of light a maelstrom rises from it before spirals emerge from around the coned top

Stars magicians look towards the spiralling maelstrom rising into the sky like a beacon of safety the church eyes widen the Emperors narrowing a few moon ranks eyes narrowing before dashing towards its source.

The maelstrom fading from the cone top to the sky, the thick billowing Magic dispersing as the spiralling in the clouds Slowly fades out, the mana dispersing outwards.

A liquid like shield appearing phasing over the manor, outer walls before vanishing the tree allowed to pass through with ease, an innate sense of security overcoming everybody within the shield.

The clouds burst apart as magic Shots down circling the entire castle it saturates it before spreading over everything Into the town, a light fog forming on the ground.

Moving up it saturates the body of the civilians and current star warriors and magician's far more sensitive to the innate strengthening from this odd fog, the fog dissipating into mist before vanishing the few moon ranks approaching stop only a few heading towards it.

Octavius's eyes narrow "so it has an atmospheric mana gathering circle I wonder if that was on the Icosahedron tower core" he glances at his arm, a gauntlet of Plates covering calmly on it. "It drains a miniscule amount of mana I suppose, most of the gathering is done by the Tower core".

[Magic sensitivity children will now be born naturally within the city, current chance 50%] his eyes widen, "I thought It just be a regular production Structure!" he scratches his head somewhat violently"

Scarlet looking at the structure "Why is a Mage tower here" she backs up her pupils dilated her breathing erratic, she collapses onto her knees. "what the hell, I thought I escaped!". The wizard tower sends a message towards him.

"[Witch detected initiate Defensive measures]" Octavius looks at it "why scarlet here denied" the tower turns the charging off the mana dispersing. Octavius teleports to her, kneeling down, "what wrong Scarlet?".
