Chương 63: CHAPTER 61: VICTORIA VS LISK

The siblings along with Lisk moved about twenty kilometers away from Draven's house before finally stopping.

Gideon relayed to Lisk what it was meant to do and after getting the message, Lisk looked at Victoria with a threatening glare and unleashed its brown green aura that created a high pitched sound akin to a kettle on steroids.

Victoria on the other hand didn't hold back and immediately equipped her gauntlets while activating her purple empress mode causing her aura to skyrocket. At the same time, four layers of aquafire covered her fists and legs.

Gideon moved backwards and decided to act as a referee and would only step in when things fot out of hand.

'What better way to make friends than to fight with them.' Gideon thought and smiled wryly before paying close attention to the fight.

The giant snake and the little human stared each other down like they were small enemies and even though they didn't move, the purple aura and green brown aura clashed against one another and fought for supremacy.

*RUMBLE*

The ground shook and small rocks and pebbles floated around Victoria before getting turned into powder.

*BOOM*

The ground shattered as Victoria became a purple beam that flew towards Lisk like a bullet.

HISSS

Lisk hissed and twisted its body before swinging its massive tailed covered in tough rocks at Victoria.

Victoria didn't back down and pulled back her fist, a purple dragon's head generating around it at the same time.

*BOOOOOM*

A huge shockwave blasted apart the air and caused the ground to split as surprisingly, Victoria held her ground against Lisk's massive tail.

All of a sudden, dangers signals rang in Victoria's mind and she immediately caused a small explosion of aquafire to propel herself backwards.

*SHING*

Not even half a second later, The rocks on Lisk's tail became sharp earth spikes that aimed to impale Victoria.

Victoria landed on the ground unharmed, but the moment she did, it turned soft and her feet sank into it before the ground solidified once more.

After that, dozens of ten meter long earth snakes emerged from the ground and dived towards Victoria with their maws wide open.

Victoria saw this and hunched her back forward, and then numerous long purple spikes emerged from her back and impaled the snakes before exploding them into pieces.

She had not time to rest however as the moment she looked up, Lisk had already finished charging up its breath attack and soon after, a massive beam of brown and green flew towards Victoria, the sheer heat melting the ground without even touching it.

Realizing that she had no time to remove her legs and dodge, Victoria drew energy from her astral core and her hands were coated in aquafire which morphed into two very durable looking dragon claws, each of the tips having two layers.

She stretched her hands towards the claws and tensed her muscles in preparation for the massive attack.

The beam hit her claws and divided into two and flew past Victoria, melting the ground in the process. Victoria could feel her arms slowly get pushed back, but she exerted force and kept them steady.

The beam ended after five seconds and from where Victoria was, there was a massive V of melted earth. Victoria herself was actually able to pull herself put of the ground since it was melted as well, but she was fine due to her armour.

With a mighty stomp, she flew hundreds of feet into the air and immediately unleashed a torrent of punches, each punch sending a dragon made of aquafire towards Lisk.

Lisk hissed and the ground rose and large amounts of earth turned into an uncountable number of earth spikes which flew to meet Victoria's dragons.

*BOOM BOOM BOO BOOM BOOM*

Numerous explosions rang out, each of them carrying their own powerful shockwave that shook the earth.

After minutes of bombarding each other, Victoria suddenly conjured a spear of highly concentrated aquafire and threw it at Lisk, her arm moving like a whip.

The spear ignored all the earth spikes that hit it and went straight for Lisk. Lisk immediately created a thick shield made of earth to withstand the blow. But to its shock, the spear suddenly became shapeless like water and immediately went around the shield like it was nobody's business. After all, aquafire had the devastating atta k power of fire, and the flexibility of water.

Lisk covered itself in a brown barrier while twisting its body to avoid getting hit in the head.

*BOOM*

HISSSS

Lisk hissed in pain as the spear broke through its barrier and exploded on its scales causing them to melt and burn.

Victoria immediately followed up the attack and went around the shield before making her hand into the shape of a blade.

*ZIIING*

A sharp beam of aquafire made its way towards Lisk who hastily created multiple earth barriers. 5 to be precise.

The barriers were swiftly cut through and the laser only stopped upon hitting the last one which was on the brink of shattering.

*BANG*

But then suddenly, Victoria bursted through the last barrier and unleashed a fierce punch towards Lisk's face.

*BANG*

Lisk's whole upper body rose up due to the sheer force of Victoria's punch, but she didn't end there.

*BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG*

Victoria showered Lisk with a torrent of punches and gave it no opportunity to defend. Each punch caused numerous scales to fly of Lisk's body and blood to flowed from its massive body like a river.

The beating continued for several minutes with Lisk attempting to break away multiple times but Victoria didn't give it a chance.

But then, Victoria suddenly felt her body becoming heavier and heavier and she felt her energy drain very quickly. This caused her to loose concentration for a very brief moment. But it was enough for Lisk.

Lisk bursted forward with incredible speed that it didn't show before and whacked Victoria away with its tail like a fly.

Victoria flew through dozens of trees and created a massive trench that went on for hundreds of meters before stopping.

She coughed up blood and groaned in pain as she felt as if her body were on fire even though she didn't actually break anything, and then she realized it.

'It... It's been using poison on me this whole time!' Victoria exclaimed in her mind as she realized that Lisk had slowly been making her inhale poison gas which wasn't visible due to the camouflage and she had been inhaling it without noticing. Weakening herself in the process.

'Right, since Lisk is bonded directly to my soul, it can also use my different poisons.' Gideon remembered before shaking his head. This fight was over. Or so he thought.

*DOOOOOOOM*

The surroundings took a deep purple hue as Victoria's aura spiralled out of control and engulfed the entire area, startling Gideon and Lisk.

Her body rose into the air and was completely covered in aquafire which morphed into a massive dragon that was a hundred meters large.

The temperature immediately skyrocketed and the trees below immediately burst into flames.

The eyes of the dragon locked on to Lisk and released a loud roar that rung throughout the massive forest and woke Draven from his sleep.

Lisk didn't look deterred and instead seemed excited as it released a hiss of provocation. At the same time, rocks came from the floor and wrapped around Lisk's huge body, making it even larger, and there where green lines all over it that resembling green veins that converged on where the head was meant to be. The two of them had unleashed their astral avatars.

"This is crazy!" Gideon exclaimed as he saw that the battle was about to reach its climax.

*FLAP*

Victoria in her astral avatar forms flapped its wings and shot towards Lisk like a meteor. Lisk on the other hand sprung up from the ground and its head was covered in a cone made of rocks before its whole body started spinning like a drill.

"This is it!" Gideon said as the two collided.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM*

An explosion that easily surpassed the strength of nuclear bombs erupted with incredibly bright colors painting the forest in a beautiful and deadly tone.

The trees were uprooted first from the powerful shockwave and Gideon had to use his own poison avatar just to defend against the shockwave. But then the actual explosion hit.

Everything in a ten mile radius was virtually erased and as the explosion went on, the floor was continuously reduced to nothingness.

After a full FIVE minutes of the ear deafening noise, the explosion subsided leaving behind a massive crater.

Gideon had his arms crossed with a heavily cracked barrier around him and felt his mouth twitching continuously.

"Wasn't that a bit much?" Gideon muttered in some shock as well as awe.

He looked at the epicenter of the explosion and saw the massive figure of Lisk who basically had no scales left and was just a bleeding mess, literally creating a river from its own blood. But it was still up.

Victoria however laid on the floor with most of her clothes gone and bleeding heavily, unconscious. Lisk won.
