Chương 69: Chapter 69: Tensui Village Pt.2
~Third POV~
Tatsumi began to move around the Tensui Village as he was met with more Imperial Soldiers with strong wills are in his way as they began to attack him on sight, "Quick we have a live one here shoots him down, men!"
*Bang**Bang**Bang*
They all shot bullets in his direction as Tatsumi causally maneuvered each of them around dodging them all as he got closer to the group as when he took one step towards them a row of ice emerged from the ground piercing them on the spot as they ran for cover.
*Splat*
Those who were unlucky enough to not avoid the attack were all pierced through the armor where the ice spike rows hit or their armor froze on them from the sheer cold temperature it was produced.
The soldiers were shocked to see ice attacks as one of the soldiers spoke out in clear fear in their voice, "What the hell! How does he have General Esdeath Teigu! What is he!"
*Bam*
With one quick blow to the head as Tatsumi used the [Hasshoken] the head of the soldier that spoke had his head split open like a balloon popping? The soldiers looked on with fear as they tried to run away from the person slaughtering them coldly.
The more they ran Tatsumi saw them fleeing as he didn't intend to let them live because if he doesn't show them an example of messing with the wrong person could have consequences, they will think they can trample over him all the time.
A bright color of blue fire erupted from his hand as the fire generated was then launched in a shape of punch at them all coming towards the group of running soldiers as they were soon engulfed in a blaze of glory.
*Boom*
When the fire made contact it exploded on impact taking the lives of the soldiers as people began to pop out as they looked at Tatsumi in fear as he began to generate ice on the fire to stop it in its tracks as he told the people that are alive, "Stay in home and hide till mid-night… all of these people will die by my hands…"
The steam that came from the ice making come in contact with the fire began to die out as the people saw him run into the mist as more sounds of screaming of the Imperial Soldiers dying could be heard at the distance.

More soldiers of the Imperial Army saw the corpses of their allies either being burnt, frozen, or ripped to shred as they see the person in question.
A commander wearing a different uniform from the Empire Army as he glared at the masked man as he talked fiercely, "How dare you bastard do this to our men! We are following orders of the Empire ensuring Justice for our people how can you stop this!"
The man in the mask merely glanced at the man as he threw the dead body of the soldier as he began to tightly up his sleeves as he spoke in a cold tone, "Justice? Sorry but I'm not exactly on the side of justice it's just you people happen to cross me. IF I let you men just push me around without punishment then this would keep on going on so I will set an example out of all of you…"
The man in question was enraged at that as he believed his faith in justice as he began to speak out loud determined to stop the man wearing the mask, "You damn bastard! Justice will prevail if I am not Seras Ubiquitous!"
A flash of the shock of surprise was shown under his mask as his eyes were surprised as a small chuckle escaped him and think to himself shockingly, 'Hahaha… I can't tell if the fate of this world is cruel to me or not. I get to kill Ogre in the future and her father in the process… Seryu Ubiquitous is so going to hate my guts if she figures this out.'
Raising his arm to them a bright flash was coming up as a lightning bolt strike soon attacked all the soldiers in range as they were all hit by multiple lightning strikes as all the soldiers were soon dead.
*BZZT*
Next was only the ash of the bodies as they are all dead with no bodies to be left behind from multiple lightning strikes to their directions being whipped away from the wind as Tatsumi began to search for the rest of the soldiers.

As Tatsumi began to search for more of the Imperial Soldiers he noticed a fading aura as he used his {Observation Haki] as he saw someone with burn marks as if they were caught by the explosion.
From the form she was from Tatsumi concluded it was a girl as he sighs at this using his [Overhaul] quirk on it to see who it was.
He might be a heartless guy but at least he wants to see if the person was ok recovering them from the painful burns as her skin began to reconstruct herself together as a look of shock flashed under his mask.
Then a smirk spread across his face under the mask as if correcting himself from the earlier talk with the four, "Well I guess I was wrong then. Seems to me I get the five instead of four but then again I did hear that Bill said she was supposed to have died from a sudden ambush but never said what though? Guess enemy explosions from the body."
The person who was healed from Tatsumi [Overhaul] is Remus a young girl with long, light-colored hair decorated with a dark hairband. She wore a black shirt with a miniskirt, black tights, and light-colored boots. she also wore a long jacket.
He then threw her inside his [Pocket] without any hesitation as he talked to himself as if he did a good deed today, "Yup. I helped someone from near death and I pocket her away. Ain't I just the saint today? Oh right better make a fake dead again sigh…"

With the majority of the soldiers are all dead from Tatsumi locating them using his [Observation Haki] he walked towards the path of the destroyed village as he tries to find the General with each step he took.
Tatsumi glancing at the destruction around him couldn't help but sigh at the scene as he talked to himself disapprovingly about himself, "You know I never thought there would be a day when something like this was normal to me… That is very worrying, but I guess I'm just unattached to it. Yeah, I think it's official now. Something is very wrong with me."
Next, he was being alerted of a powerful aura coming towards him as he began to get ready to fight.
Sensing someone's aura at the distance he glanced over to see a wounded General Nouken as he frowns holding [Extase] in his hands as he glares at the masked man, "Sigh… sigh… you bastard what have you done with my men. Not only that Swordsman is dead now I have to deal with this shit. I'm not getting paid enough for this."
Tatsumi for his part nodded his head in agreement as he used [Eyes of the Lord] on him as he quickly took off his position to charge at him as Tatsumi masterfully dodges every single one of them with ease.
*Swoosh*
*Swoosh*
With each attempt that General Nouken has made against Tatsumi, he moved with ease dodging them as if they are nothing while examining his techniques and fighting style while the General was getting annoyed.
Tatsumi can already sense that he was physically strong, but he was annoyed with him as he thought to himself seriously, 'As much as I would like to fight this guy… but I'm not a Shonen protagonist so… go for the Sans way to win. Hit with your strongest attack.'
Before Tatsumi could act on that idea he soon thought of a better use for the General in front of him as he thought about another idea, 'Actually, as a General, he should know the locations of other related important facts that most public people wouldn't know about? Even if he's a meathead his bound to know some information that others don't know about.'
*SWOOSH*
While he had his [Eyes of the Lord] active and kept his distance Nouken grew further enraged as he slashed the space between them as he spoke, "You damn sissy! Fight like a real man bitch! TAKE THIS!"
Tatsumi's body immediately reacted once General Nouken slashed between them as his body reacted to avoid the attack thanks to the [Eyes of the Lord] as Tatsumi himself was surprised by the sudden attack.
*SLASH*
When Nouken attacked the space between them a large cut slash mark appeared behind some buildings where Tatsumi's original direction was as he was shocked seeing the results of [Extase] work firsthand, 'Fuck! I didn't know those giant pairs of scissors can cut fucking space! Wait its kind of does if it can cut through [Cross Tail] a string that is unaffected by space…'
The cutter of Creation: Extase is a Teigu in the shape of a pair of large scissors with a panda bear sticker on one of its handles.
[Extase] is extremely sharp and is said to be able to cut through any material, including the armor Teigu [Incursio], which was supposed to be unbreakable. However, it seems that if the material offers resistance against being cut, cutting it becomes harder but not impossible to cut like for example cutting space between the user from their target.
The trump card of Extase emits a bright flash of light for a short period that blinds opponents without obscuring the user's vision. This ability is very useful for distraction.
Seeing the General was being serious Tatsumi thought to himself as he was done playing around with the man in front of him, 'Ok that is something new but about time I stop this fight already. Time for quick blows for the win.'
That was when Tatsumi entered his [Bullet Time] as he was too quick for General Nouken to react as Tatsumi began to hit him in on his chin as the brain inside his head began to shake as causing him to lose consciousness even Tatsumi had to use [Armament Haki] for extra measure.
Like that the General Nouken was defeated as Tatsumi grabs the blades of [Extase] and a tied-up General as he puts them away for himself as he scoffs at this as he talks to himself, "Tch. I guess with [Bullet Time] makes things very easy for me to accomplish killing them in one blow or to capture them. Maybe I put my expectations on the generals a bit much but then again he was more muscle than brains."
Observing everything from afar he looks on in a very disappointed tone seeing that the whole area was destroyed with some people around. He winces at the scenario he was in considering the whole land.
Tatsumi began to think carefully about what to do next from this point onward as he thinks to himself carefully, 'Sigh… with the destruction of everything that happened and few soldiers that lived and possibly created a revenge seeker the Empire is no doubt going to investigate this place more thoroughly. But it would take them a few days to reach this place from Central. But what about them…'
Realizing the attack, the people are bound to ask around for questions and mind out who was the one who attacked the soldiers and slaughtered them all including losing two tengu's and taking down a general in the process.
That will certainly make them search for the person in charge as Tatsumi comes to his conclusion of what to do, "Right… after getting what I need I'm going to need to hide for a while before the plot begins. But first I need to get what I need from AGKZ first. But now…"
*Swoosh*
Quickly flying up into the sky using the generated wind to propel him into the air and fly to the sky away from the situation as he escapes the Western Region of the ruined Tensui Village flying above the sky running away from the scene of the crime.
The people who witnessed it could only later give out firsthand reports of a man with a mask with the elements at his disposal as he destroyed the Imperial Forces with ease and slaughtered them all as if they were nothing.
And to destroy their foes in one touch that they would call the One Touch Man, the One End Man, or another name fitting the Disaster.
