Ch.44 Jo is back
We walked through the portal and I was in my old room. It was very dusty. There were sheets on the bed and on the table and the cupboard. I then removed the sheets and I made Josei sit on the Bed.
I then cast a spell on Josie a black color was etched onto her throat.
I then walked over to the cupboard. She touched her throat and asked "what the heck did you do to me?"
I opened the cupboard and was looking for something to wear. I said "I have cut off your magic."
She then got up and said "I condemn you to Hell…" She could say my name. She touched her throat and then looked at me and asked "Why can't I say your name?"
I chuckled and said "I may be foolish… but I always learn from my mistakes." I then grabbed a hoodie and wore it.
I closed the cupboard and turned around and said "May I ask how you got your hands on my Uncle and Aunt?"
She smiled and sat down on the bed "As you said "You are a fool." You told me about them and I dug them up, but Ted couldn't use them because their souls were destroyed. So I had to be a little bit clever."
I took a chair and sat in front of her and said "You were a smart one. That is for sure."
She looked at me and smiled and said "I still am." She then looked at me then she got up and sat on my lap. She wrapped her head around my shoulders. We were face to face and she took a deep breath and said "Oh how I have missed you."
I chuckled and said "If it was so then you shouldn't have banished me to Hell."
She placed her finger on my lips and said "I just told you to leave this plane. I never told you to go to Hell."
I smiled at her and she smiled then I grabbed her from her hair and said "You honestly want me to believe that you thought that I would spend my time in Heaven?"
She then kissed me and then looked at me and I was seeing those cracks on her whole being said "Let me take Hope's body and we can be together."
I got up and turned around and asked "What do you want with her body?"
She looked at me and got up and sat on the bed and said "You still can't choose huh?"
I looked back and I said "Why do you need the body?"
She said, "I want it so that I can be with you."
I said "We can still be together. Without you trying to steal Hope's body."
She said "I know we can."
I turned around and asked "Then why?"
She said "Because I don't trust you anymore."
I looked at her and said "You don't have to be turned by me Josie. There is MG, Kaleb. Heck if you want I can bring Dan here."
She looked at me and said "I am not going to put my trust in anyone Lucas… anyone."
I sighed and said "I just want you to look at things around you. You are hurting innocent people Josie."
She shook her head and said "Why do you care you don't think twice before killing anyone. You know the problem with you is Lucas you want it all. Cause you are just a scared little man."
I nodded and said "I do want it all Josie but I can't hurt the people I love to get it. I am okay even if I don't have you at the end if you are happy... that is enough for me Josie... that is enough."
She looked at me and she said after a pause "I don't care."
I turned around and said "You leave me with no choice then." I snapped my fingers and she fell down on the ground. I picked her up and placed her on the bed.
I sighed and said "I wish that I never had to do this." I entered her mind. As I entered her mind I was in a forest and it was dark. I could hear the chirping of crickets. It was too dark to walk around.
I created a ball of fire and it was hovering on top of me. I was walking around trying to find Josie in her mindscape. As I was walking around. I found a cottage in the middle of the forest.
I entered the cottage… I saw a woman near the fireplace rocking on a chair. She had an album with her. I could also hear her humming.
I walked closer to her and I was about to tap on her shoulder and she said "You took your time to come."
She turned around and got up from the chair. I sighed and said "I… I don't… know what to say. I have practiced it for over centuries and yet still I can't say anything to make what I did right."
She looked at me and placed her hand on my face and she said "You know what the best quality about you is?"
I sighed and shook my head and she said "You are honest and you try to do better. Everytime you screw up… you try to be better."
She then sat down on the sofa and she patted the seat next to her and she said "Come sit."
I sat next to her and she took my arm and put it around me and she placed her face on my chest and she said "You know this is the place where I imagined us growing old. We would have a small farm… some chickens and cows… we would live a peaceful life."
Both of us chuckled and she then said "That day when you told me about Hope. I wished that it wasn't true… but more than that I wished that you'd tell me after you turned me." She had tears in her eyes.
She said "Then I wouldn't have cared… I would just be yours… even if it was for me… I wished for it." She then said "I do not wish to go back Lucas… I don't want to be alone."
I placed my hands on her head and I said "You will never be alone Josie. People still care for you, they want you back. Your Dad, Mom, Lizzie and all of us are waiting and hoping for you to return."
She looked at me and said "I do not have the power to face the world… I do not have the power to watch you become someone else's."
I then looked at her and I said "I once said "That I am yours and you are mine forever" I still mean it… You loved me with all my flaws… you accepted me for who I am" I then grabbed her hands and said "This darkness inside you is your Josie… you have to accept this part of you."
She then looked at me and I was leaning in then suddenly the door opened "Do not listen to this creature!" I saw the dark version of Josie. I then looked at Josie.
The dark Josie said "Do not listen to him… he has betrayed you before and he will do it again."
I was confused and I asked "You guys are friends or something?"
Dark Josie then sat between me and Josei. She then threw me a scowl and said "Well, at first we were fighting and she kicked my ass… So I thought that she would trap me or something but she was very angry and stuff so she just gave control to me and went on a vacation here." I just looked Josie
Dark Josie then asked "Don't tell me you guys made up?"
I looked at Josie and she said "Yeah, we did. I know there is a lot of stuff to deal with and I know it will be hard but I can't just hide behind you anymore."
Dark Josie then said "This is a mistake you will regret it. You need me."
She looked at her and said "I know you will be here. Thank you but I need to get back my life. I need to fix my mistakes."
She then took control back and I jumped out of her consciousness. I then removed the collar but I removed the knowledge of my name from her consciousness. I just tweaked it a bit.
She then got up from the bed and looked at what she was wearing and said "What the heck am I wearing."
I slanted my head and I said "Ah… well…"
She stopped me and said "Not… a… word… Not there yet."
I said "Alright… damn."
She then walked closer to me and kissed me on the cheek and said "Thank you… Lucas."
I smiled and said "You're welcome."
After getting Josie fixed we went to go and check up on others we were at the hospital. Caroline and Lizzie saw Josie and they ran to her and hugged her. They were crying and stuff.
Then Josie looked at Hope and she walked closer to Hope and she said "I am sorry for everything and thank you for fixing my mistakes."
Hope looked down and said "I am also" but Josie stopped her and she said "We'll have a lot to discuss Hope but right now. I am okay with me being wrong right now."
Hope nodded then after a few moments they went inside to check up on Ric and Dorrian. Ric was very happy to see his family together.
After he got discharged I went ahead and dropped them using my portals and Ric and Dorrian and others went to the School. While going, Ric turned back and said "Thank you Lucas."
I smiled and nodded then the Portal closed. Hope said "Looks like he is warming up to you."
I turned to her and I asked "You don't want to go with them?"
She shrugged her shoulders and said "Well, you know Ted is still after me… So unless I become a tribrid I am still vulnerable."
I chuckled and said "Well, then I think we need to wrap this whole Malivore thing as well huh?" I then opened the portal to the Lockwood mansion.
We went through and went inside the mansion. Things are finally settling and I can finally rest for a while.

Hey guys I hope you liked the chapter. There are two things i wish to talk about.
1. Can you guys help me with the repetition of words that i use like then and said.
2. There are like 2 options for you guys about the Mc for the Dc ff.
a. Mc is a half kryptonian and a half tamaranian.(star fire for referance)
b. Mc is a half kryptonian and a half Viltrumite.
