Three proposals had already been decided on. One was just when to meet, but the others would change things in each nation. And they were acting like this was no big deal. Didn't they think their people would object?

"Now, let's move on." Callum spoke next. "I am sure that Addie will choose to have citizens living here in Adaiah that will grow the crops and raise the livestock they need to survive. However, I believe we should also contribute food to the city. At least until they are established and self-sufficient. I propose a starting contribution of ten percent to feed the palace and citizens. Adjustments can be made as they are needed at the biannual political conventions."
