Lucas was frustrated and wanted to counter back but when he heard Adrian blaming it on the room being dark all the words got choked up.

What could he say? It was him who had turned off the light because of his one-sided embarrassment and now it was also him being pitted on. He knew Adrian had done all this on purpose but how was he supposed to answer back.

"I was so sleepy and couldn't sleep with the lights on. I have been living alone for such a long time that I forget there is someone beside me now. I am sorry," begrudgingly Lucas answered and apologised.

"It's ok. From now on I will make sure you won't forget me. I will always be with you," tightening his hold on Lucas, Adrian smiled.

"Umm, now let me go. We have to wake up early and I am tired," Lucas felt warm and happy with Adrian's promise. He tried to pry from the hold that was basically trying to be naughty again.
