Chương 14: Ch-14 Dragon God Legacy and Trade

Standing in front was a being made of stone, but its aura was so ferocious that it made a stir in the surrounding Profound Energy.

Noah fought the stone general for only a few hours. He did not want to stress his body too much by using overdrive too much.

At the last moment of the fight, Noah shouted with a loud voice as his body was covered in the mix of black fire and Phoenix fire. Noah charged his sword with both the overdrive mode and some part of the World Ode of the Phoenix.

"Sword style: Overdrive Burst!" Noah shouted as his sword drove tip first toward the stone general.

The sword was covered with 2 types of fire and charged to the extreme, bore down toward the head of the stone general. The stone general used his halberd tip to face off against Noah's sword attack.

Overdrive burst fended off the halberd tip and pierced the head of the stone general, but the stone general was also successful as his earlier attack was only a feint, his goal was Noah's throat. Noah dodged, but halberd still opened a deep wound on his left shoulder.

Noah looked at the stone general, who turned into the motes, only then did he relaxed. Looking at his bleeding shoulder, Noah pressed some points and stopped his bleeding, and healed the wound using energy similar to the healing herbs produced (Healing energy).

He mused about advancing his cultivation or not, but after thinking for a while he decided not to do this. Advancing maybe will lead to some reaction from the Origin Orb, he decided to do it after clearing the trial.

Noah took a step into the gate and arrived in an endless plain. He felt many powerful aurae in the surrounding.

"Here in the endless plain. You will have to kill 99,999 Profound, all of them are in the divine realms and many of them are stronger than the Stone general. You have a year to finish this task. My Soul will also guide them towards you. I wish you success in this task." The Dragon God explained the second trial details to Noah.

In the middle of the third month in the second trial, Noah finished killing 99,999 profound beasts. His cultivation increased to half-step Divine Origin, without even trying to increase it.

The amount of fuel he collected from the corpses of Profound beasts was more than 1000 times compared to the amount he gained from purple-veined crystals as there was some mid-Divine Soul realm Profound beasts in the endless plain.

Noah was mentally tired from all the killing and stress because of the danger.

Noah kept on listening as there were many details that he did not know about from the novel story. Noah knew that the dragon god had some other things.

My other spirits are already extinguished and because of your trial, this one will also dissipate in 2 years. "Before you ask, this is my true body clone, my main body is resting somewhere and waiting for the legacy of the evil god. I can not tell you anymore but since you helped me, I will look about this method." Noah added.

The silence lasted for a few minutes and then dragon God spoke.

"That sword was safe-keep of my Dragon clan. Within is sealed; body and soul of my daughter, the only remaining Pure linage of the dragon clan. You can now understand my plight now. Even if I am only residue of the original true soul, I still worry about her. If you can promise to help in this matter...." The voice spoke.

"The Dragon clan is the overlord of the western region of the realm of gods. The most mysterious place is where the supposedly Dragon Queen lives. If there are anything secrets related to dragons, they will be there. She always looked mysterious to me." Noah voiced his thoughts.

Two things appeared in front of Noah and the remaining Soul wisp shot into the colorless crystal. Noah put it away and looked at the two things in front of him.

"It is time to charge into Divine realms and overcome the bottleneck of my Soul." Noah said as he took the 2 things and moved to his personal dimension.
